  Go to /Library/Application Support/Adobe/AAMUpdaterInventory/1.0 and rename it to old 1.0

  Go to Library/Application Support/Adobe/AAMUpater/1.0 and rename this folder too.

  Hello everyone, shows the first time here... I've searched the forums and I was unable to find a post that deals specifically with this issue, so I apologize in advance if this has already been asked.

  My FRIEND has a BB Curve titanium on T-Mobile.  She asked me to upgrade the software to the latest version: 4.5.x.x so, I downloaded the BB Desktop Manager and the 4.5. Pocket software, etc.  Installed, etc... then plugged the BB and - no go.  When I click on the software "loader" it says "all your apps are up-to-date, etc.."

  At that time, I have tried to uninstall/reinstall the software, different order, etc etc... nothing seems to work.  I also checked the BB under "About" and he says he has always V4.2.x.x.x of installed software.

  Is there a way to force the upgrade?  Y at - it something for her?
