  I have a complete picture of 12 months subscription given by Canon, but Adobe CC guard resetting my account for free from the trial subscription.  I've updated Photoshop CC 2014 last month to find he wasn't an update at all but a trial version of 2015, which seems to have deleted 2014 my system, so I do not have Photoshop at all now.  Adobe support is a continuous loop of questions meaningless and I find myself at a forum instead of a human being who could address this issue.  In the average time that I tell my clients that are waiting for images?  My subscription runs out in October, and now I see little incentive to renew because I don't get what has already been paid.  If someone from Adobe would like to contact me that would be a start.

  I have Photoshop CS6 installed through a creative cloud on Mac OSX 10.8.3. Photoshop says that he runs 13.0.4 x 64. The creative cloud updater indicates that there is an update available to 13.1.2 However whenever I try to update, the update fails with the U44M1P7error code. I've searched the forums and have seen several references to this error, but I have not seen a good method to resolve the error. What precautions should I take to solve this problem and still have my Photoshop installation properly configured with all my current settings and plugins.

  Hi, I had the same problem. I use a Mac Pro with Mac OSX 10.10.5 with creative (until today, 10 June 2016) cloud was last updated, I tried every adobe training gave me, but the solution that solved this error U44m1p7 installation, in my case with Bridge and PS, was restarting the Mac on safe mode and then restart in normal mode and try again to update from the creative cloud. Very simple. That solved my problem. It will be useful.

  You have the latest version of Flash - there is nothing more you need to do. The problem is that there is a newer version of Flash, but it's for Windows only. If the plugin check page should just be looking at the version number. I'll fill a bug report and see if this can be fixed.

  U441P7 error code just means that the update failed.  I'd be inclined to download update files and install manually.

  I have Photoshop CC 2014 and bridge CC on an iMac (end 2013) running Yosemite 10.10.3

  The creative cloud app tells me to update Photoshop and Bridge.

  When I click on the update button I get an update doesn't have a message with "There was a problem of Photoshop/bridge update."  The damaged area of said information "downloading seems.  Please try to download it again. (U43M1D204)

  When I try again exactly the same thing happens.

  Can anyone help please?

  UPDATE:

  After trying to rename folders 1.0 in/library/application support /adobe/AAMUpdater and ~/library/application support /adobe/ AAMUpdater I still had the same problem.

  Then tried to download the update to camera raw 9.0 adobe directly from Adobe Camera Raw 9.0 update for CC and executed the configuration of dmg file.  Photoshop and bridge have been updated and when I logged off CC then reconnected again all my apps are up to date.

  Hope this helps others.

  At some point in the past (I don't know the exact date) Adobe "merged" the original update manager in cloud Update Manager, which means that you no longer use your original update manager

  I read a few posts that the updater latetest (cloud) sometimes does not work with old programs... Try to install your updates manually

  Disable your Antivirus and firewall computer for awhile.
