  I use a computer (Windows 7) Photoshop CC will not update any longer.  He stopped allowing me to update more than a month ago.    I tried to uninstall and reinstall.  That did not work.  All my other programs perfectly up-to-date.  Someone knows how to fix this?

  Question started with notification of creative cloud on update available (2014.2)

  Followed the instructions of the support, but without success:

  computer restarted twice,

  uninstalled and reinstalled Photoshop,

  all are trying to find a direct download always lead to Panel cloud creative, returning the error message and a link to try again.

  installation image setup.dmg also ejected and reinstalled again Photoshop CC and CC 2014

  Giovanni may there is a download error affecting this archive.  You see specific errors when reviewing the download logs?  There is information on how to resolve the errors of download, as well as the location of the download logs for error downloading applications Cloud Creative - http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/error-downloading-cc-apps.html.

  As an alternative, please try using the steps listed in all updates of Adobe CC 2014: Direct Download links for Windows | ProDesignTools to attempt to download and apply the applicable update directly.  Please make sure you fill the very important Instructions before clicking on the download link.

  This problem occurs if the Windows security .dll files are incorrectly registered.

  To resolve this problem, you can perform the two methods of troubleshooting, check if the problem is resolved.
  Method 1:
  Run (Checksur.exe) system update readiness tool.
  To do this, follow these steps:
  1. download and run the system update readiness tool. This tool runs an ad hoc analysis of inconsistencies that might prevent future maintenance operations.   I have a complete picture of 12 months subscription given by Canon, but Adobe CC guard resetting my account for free from the trial subscription.  I've updated Photoshop CC 2014 last month to find he wasn't an update at all but a trial version of 2015, which seems to have deleted 2014 my system, so I do not have Photoshop at all now.  Adobe support is a continuous loop of questions meaningless and I find myself at a forum instead of a human being who could address this issue.  In the average time that I tell my clients that are waiting for images?  My subscription runs out in October, and now I see little incentive to renew because I don't get what has already been paid.  If someone from Adobe would like to contact me that would be a start.

  The creative cloud app tells me to update Photoshop and Bridge.

  UPDATE:

  After trying to rename folders 1.0 in/library/application support /adobe/AAMUpdater and ~/library/application support /adobe/ AAMUpdater I still had the same problem.

  Then tried to download the update to camera raw 9.0 adobe directly from Adobe Camera Raw 9.0 update for CC and executed the configuration of dmg file.  Photoshop and bridge have been updated and when I logged off CC then reconnected again all my apps are up to date.

  Hope this helps others.

  I reinstalled photoshop CS5

  Then I reinstalled photoshop CS6

  Hmmm... I would recommend so then boot from the Vista DVD and execution of the restoration of the system from the recovery environment. See here for more information on how to get there.
