  Welcome to the communities of Apple Support!  Looks like you are having problems connecting to your computer administrator user account.  (A 'Keychain' is a password management system).  Have you recently made changes to your computer (update your operating system, download any software, no password)?  The files above to indicate your computer tries to launch applications like iCloud, Messages, etc.

  The first thing I would say is to restart your computer.  It sounds simple, but it can be a very easy solution.  If this does not work, restart your computer again, but this time hold down the SHIFT key.  It's what we call a safe mode.   If your computer starts in safe mode without these error messages, then restart again in normal mode (without pressing any key).

  Try safe mode if your Mac does not end commissioning

  If none of these two basic troubleshooting steps work, you may need to enter a new password of your login keychain.  Follow the steps in the resource below:

  After you or your administrator Mac resets the password of your OS X user account, your Mac may ask you to update your Keychain password or enter your login Keychain password.   I have a new laptop with Windows 8, which I created two users - one for me and one for a child (Standard user - and Coachman on behalf of child) (Administrator).   I managed to find a solution, not an elegant solution, but it will keep your real account (parent1) to monitor your kids.

  1. create a new live account (parent2)
  2. create a new account admin on the PC using the new live account (parent2)
  3. connect to the computer with the admin account and create an account for child
  (using either an og existing live new account - don't forget to check the child...)
  4. you should now be able to manage via the parental control panel
  5. Add a new parent in parental control (your old existing live account - parent1)
