  Try to rename the Adobe folder in your Documents folder to old_Adobe.

  Please do not delete this folder because it contains your customized keyboard shortcuts as parameters.

• Install Windows 8 - I get where the downloads page. When I click on 'Open' nothing happens. Tried searching the records hidden - nothing!

  I am subscribed to CC and just start using the features of assets.  I found a few icons that I would use but I can't download it.  When I go to the assets > markets and research section of the 'Community', I see a nice icon, click on it and the specific page for this icon (which is a larger version of it appears in the CC with details of the artist and the tags etc..).  I click on the download with the cloud icon button and nothing happens.  No error or no change, no other windows or pages open.  Just nothing.

  I searched google and CC docs and support and can't find anything on the subject.  I have connected on Behance (in the case that was important that art is stored) and verified account CC details and status of the connection, also made sure my CC records work for downloads, etc.  I see that I can go to the website of the artist and buy them from there, but if I do that I would not pay for CC, so what's the problem here?  Someone else had this problem?

  I'm under CC 2.1.1.110 on Win 8.1.  TypeKit works very well, by the way.

  Testing of Acrobat and Lightroom are direct downloads. Adobe Download Assistant is not used to manage the download.

  Temporarily allow pop-up windows, disable the pop-up blocker or try using a different browser.

  If clicking on the yellow button download does nothing, check the following:

  1. temporarily disable pop-up blockers.

  2 Temporaily cut bars of third-party tools or Add ons that can block a direct file download.

  3. check firewall settings to see if the downloads are prohibited.
