  I have a computer built house with an AMD Phenom II X 3 Black Edition CPU and an ASUS M4A78T-E motherboard.  I originally had Vista 32 bit Ultimate Win7 installed and running and has purchased and researched and installed the 64 bit version and received a message that the key has been blocked by Microsoft.  I contacted the person I bought the package from and he has verified that the key is good with Microsoft.

  Because of the problems I had with Win7 has decided to install Win XP Pro and take care of some pressing issues I use this computer for work and staff as well.  After taking care of business, I decided to give him another chance, but did not delete my XP Pro problems with Win7.  I used GPart to create another partition on my hard drive and installed Win 7 64 bit on it so that it forms and allocate unallocated space.  I have re-installed Win 7 again with the same error code during activation.

  One thing I read on this forum, is that if you use Vista format the HDD it hold the 'TOUCH' or some software folder in the BIOS and then put back on the hard disk after that he was done and I was wondering if there is a way to get this key removed to use it?

  I tried all the resources that I have and no one has been able to say something but return the software or contact Microsoft.  Help, please! :)  I appreciate your time and your information and await your response.

  After scanning FAT/FAT32/NTFS partition with the attempt to recover bad sectors, the system marks all free clusters as bad.
  The event log is then filled with error messages "the device, \Device\Harddisk1\DR1, has a bad block.".

  Hard drive is 100% healthy. I bought three weeks ago.  I am 100% sure that there no erros surface, because I tested with Seagate SeaTool and HD tune Pro.

  I tested it on three computers different windows 7 and I still got the same error.
  CnMemory support won't accept as an error, they say that it is the problem of Microsoft Windows 7.

  My OS = Windows 7 x 64, with all updates until the 2013.03.29.
  Product name = "CnMemory Spaceloop 3 TB USB 2.0 sata external drive»

  It seems that the system marks all free clusters as bad and the event log registered as "the device, \Device\Harddisk1\DR1, has a bad block. We will analyze and identify the cause of the problem.

  Perform the steps:

  Method 1:

  Queries or sets the bit of impurity of a volume. When the volume dirty bit, one is set, autochk automatically checks the volume for errors the next time the computer is restarted.

  Method 2:

  You can run Chkdsk from WINRE.

  In order to solve this problem go chkdsk from WinRE (Windows Recovery Environment) mode and search for the issue.

  You can follow these steps to run CHKDSK:

  a. use the Windows 7 DVD to start the computer from Windows Recovery (WinRE).

  b. in WinRE, open a command prompt. To do this, follow these steps:

  c. on the screen to install Windows, select the language to install, time and currency format and keyboard or input method options and then click Next.

  d. click on repair your computer.

  e. click on the Windows 7 installation you want to repair, and then click Next.

  f. click on command prompt.

  At the command prompt, type the following command and press ENTER:

  This looks like a utility Acer protect disk hard & possibly also the BIOS.  You will need to consult your manual for Acer.  You have configured a password of HDD that you are now trying to recover, by chance?  This recovery is not possible if the hard drive has been password protected.

  If it was a Windows login screen then it would show your user/admin name and password entry area & would be clearly identified as a Windows form of the version of Windows being displayed at the bottom of the screen.
