• Photoshop Elements 11. Don't save images, freezes. No technical support

  Hi, I got problem with Photoshop elements 11 in recent weeks that it freezes when I try to record images. I'm on a Mac, with the crew of Apple support I have checked everything on my side to see if the problem with my hardware or operating system but it's not like we uninstalled and reinstalled my OS. I uninstalled 11 PS elements yesterday and then reinstalled again (via my tab 'bought' in the Apple App store), but it does not solve the problem either.

  Customer support told me that there is no technical support available for this product because it is obsolete. Find it me hard to believe that Adobe lets its users into trouble with paid-for-the products that have become unusable well.

  Am I obliged to upgrade (from $99) or can someone please help me to solve these problems with my PS 11 elements?

  This is the known issue past with APP store version of Photoshop elements 11.

  I saw your Adobe ID (email address), you used to post on the forums, and I see that your Photoshop elements 12 is already registered on your account.

  I suggest to uninstall the product and reinstall it, to Download Photoshop Elements | 14, 13, 12, 11, 10

  In addition, please turn off any security software or firewall temporarily what could cause this problem.

  In my case, I was able to update without this message when the update has been published. Later, I upgraded to Windows 10, installed PSE14 and uninstalled PSE13. I have reinstall PSE13 some time after and now I can't update to 13.1... Not a big deal for me, but the issue is not resolved.

  I just wanted to make account - it seems that the problem has been resolved. After another remove & reinstall it is operational!

  Hello

  You are probably using the Quick - switch to Expert mode at the top. All the tools are only available in Expert mode.

• Why Photoshop plugins not available when I open an image in Lightroom and select "Edit in Photoshop?

  Photoshop plugins are no longer available when I bring a picture in Photoshop from Lightroom.  When I work on an image in Lightroom and select "Edit in Photoshop", the image opens in Photoshop, but all Photoshop plugins are not available and, in fact, do not appear in Photoshop under filter at all.  However, when I open a picture directly in Photoshop, all plugins are available.  Why plugins suddenly vanish when putting an image in Photoshop from Lightroom?  I hope someone is able to help me fix this problem.  I am under Lightroom, Photoshop CS6 13.0.6 on OS X 10.10.5 6.3.

  I posted this question on the forums for PS and LR because I'm unsure as to who might be more appropriate.  I only experience this problem when making an image in Photoshop from Lightroom.

  I have Photoshop Elements 9 and first Elements 9 installed on my iMac, OS Version 10.9.4. I improved my Canon EOS 5 d Mki to a Mkiii and downloaded the update from 6.5 plugin from Adobe, but I'm unable to open images BRUTES of the Mkiii in elements. Open them in Canon software. Adobe offers no support for this phone. Any ideas please?

  You need camera raw 6,7 & PSE10 for the 5 d mkiii. Otherwise, download and install the free Adobe DNG converter to convert your raw files to the universal Raw format files and Adobe will open in all versions of PSE (keep your originals as backups and for uses in the software of the camera factory)

• Updates for photoshop will not work / used to open raw images

  I tried to update my photoshop and several times to open images raw in photoshop and it won't work, every time I try to do the installation fails and does not explain why and example is:

  Adobe Bridge CS5 4.0.4 update

  Failed installation

  Adobe Device Central CS5.0.1

  Failed installation

  Photoshop to Photoshop CS5 12.0.2 update

  Failed installation

  Photoshop Camera Raw 6.3 update

  Can be useful if there is no more specific message being shown to list them.

  Just to pass on what I've read: some people using PCs reported that deleting Photoshop, relocation of their original medium, then upgrade to the latest works where they have not been able to get the updated software via the integrated process.  I don't know if this is true for the Mac, but it could be something to try if you exhaust your options.

• Photoshop elements 11, organize don't throw.

  Having attempted to install elements of a purchased copy twice 11 now on my 27 "iMac running OSX.7.5, I have the problem that organize begins to launch, then closes unexpectedly when I angle.

  Edit works very well, I tried opening up organize of the Edit bar, but still nothing. No problems or issues are displayed during the installation process, what should I try next?

  Maybe I've been rather unfair in my last posting:-Finally, I followed the instructions from Adobe of Santosh online support, in case No. 0184069634 and created another

  user account on my Mac and 11 elements launches perfectly when I use the new account! However, protocols for authorization and privilege are the same as in the usual account!

  Really do not understand (I'm not a big fan of OSX Lion then perhaps questions may lie here), but at least I know that the software will work. I'd appreciate your comments.

  I just tried to install on my pc with windows 10 14 items.

  I created an account and checked it tried to install twice but get message saying that this isn't a real product from Adobe.

  Bought today from John Lewis.

  Can you please help.

  Talked to my brother who is in IT.

  He suggested leaving until morning as Adobes servers are notoriously slow and can not even recognize my registration.

• Lightroom, photoshop, but not selected photo of opening.

  By hitting Cmd-E in Lr5.5, Ps 14 CC opens, but not the image that I had selected in Lr. This problem started just after the upgrade by 2014.

  I had this problem too (Windows 7).   Set by CC2014 to uninstall and then reinstall.

  After uninstalling (via Control Panel), I had to quit and restart the desktop creative cloud application to see that it had to INSTALL CC2014.  After that, things started working as they should.

  Purchased and have been using 11 pieces.  Just went to use it and of the program opens but then freezes immediately.  If I go to Task Manager it tells me that the program is not responding.  I uninstalled and reinstalled and still do the same thing.  Any suggestions?

  When you are working on several picuture that HE can't get them to show all on my workspace.  I go to the window images but everything is gray, but "new window" zoom etc.

  Edit general preferences

  Check the box enable floating Documents in full Edit Mode

  Then you should be able to tile and cascade directly or in the menu window.

• "Lightroom and Photoshop elements 12 problem of transfer and sharing"

  I am new to Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop elements 12 5.   I opened a Lightroom image in Photoshop elements 12 using Photo-> edit in-> PSE12.  I'm doing a change in PSE12 and then 'save '.  I understand that I'm supposed to replace the default file name.  But, when I go back to LR, my PSE changes are not saved.  What I am doing wrong?

  I noticed the same problem when I upgraded to items 12 in December. Also using LR on mac running 10.8.5 5.3. When using the backup command in PSE generally the saved file was not visible in LR. I posted in the forum then without any positive responses. As I worked the problem me without that I noticed that during the recording of the PSE if I used the command "Save as" instead of the command 'Save' and then answer Yes to replace the file existing changes would save to LR fail. I use this technique for the past 6 weeks or more and have not had any changes do not reach back to LR. I have no idea why this resolves the problem, as all said not teaching material to use the Save as command. I suspect that this is a bug in PSE12, but because it's 'only' items no one at adobe is paying attention. Anyway, try and see if it solves your problem. It worked for me even if I can't explain why.
