  I have a program to write data to a stream and to read using the host. In the reader program, I have a Subvi, which I need to pass endpoint network Stream. I'm unable to do so.

  You will need to place a data network flow control in your Subvi. You then connect the control on the part of the connector.

  You can place a control of flow network as follows:
  In primary VI you take the wire of network flow and right click. Select create - control. Use strg + x for the main control of the VI to the Subvi from the port.

  Then follow the instructions here http://digital.ni.com/public.nsf/allkb/1FA00093A04BFCF5862570920049E482 to connect the control to the connector pane.

  There may be an easier way to do it, but it works very well.

  I have a very simple problem. I use LV 2009. Generally, there are labels under each icon, but now I have to mouse over the icon for the label to appear in a blue bar at the top of the palette.   Get the error: not a valid 32-bit application can have several origins:

  I have listed some of them below.

  File is corrupted, bad or missing:

  Ø If the hard disk is damaged or bad, it can cause work programs to fail, either because not all data can be read from the hard disk the program is damaged on the drive. Run scandisk and defrag on the hard disk to check for potential errors.

  O if you run the program from a shortcut on the computer, verify that the program is still on the computer. In some cases if the program is no longer installed on the computer, you can get this error.

  File is not designed for your version of Windows:

  Ø If you try to run a program that is not designed for your version of Windows, you can get this error.

  Ø although many old programs designed to work in older versions of Windows work with new versions of Windows, unfortunately, not all programs will work.

  O if the program is an earlier MS-DOS program or start program Windows, you will get this error.

  Ø If the program is designed for a 64-bit version of Windows and you are running in a 32-bit version of Windows, it does not work and generates this error.

  I would use really allocation entry mode to pre-allocate memory on my RT goal. My concern is how to allocate memory for the size of the string.

  My guess is that in order to pre-allocate buffers to not scalar data types, you'll write 'false' elements of the size desired in the stream to read or to flush out these elements "dummy" bevore using the flow in normally.

  I just bought a HP Pavilion desktop computer and I want to create a primary partition to install Linux and another to store my files, but I can have only 4 partitions on a drive, and the HP Pavilion comes with 3 partitions already.

  So, I think that the only partition required for Windows 7 is the appointed a "BONE", right?

  I imagine that if I delete the SYSTEM and HP_RECOVERY partitions? Windows will always start after I remove them?

  (I'm more worried about this SYSTEM partition... What is it anyway?)

  OK, I was able to create 2 extended partitions and do what I wanted without having to remove anything... Thanks anyway!

  I just bought Linksys E3200, because I need a wireless connection on my HTPC.

  I only put a password for my network. Don't touch or changed the factory settings.

  My main PC is connected to a router via a network cable,

  my HTPC is wiresly connected using the Linksys EA2500 wireless network card. I had a wireless connection.

  However, my internet speed on my main PC (cable) is COMPLETE and about 50 Mbit/s.

  Wireless on my HTPC is max 10 Mbpsspeed.

  My modem, router, main PC and HTPC are in the same room next to the other.

  What is the problem? What are the setting do you recommend to change?

  Ensure that networks in the router (5 GHz and 2.4 GHz) have unique names on the other. This way you will know what network the HTPC is connected to. After making sure that the two networks have unique names, change the channel to the network of 2,4 GHz. try 1, 3, 6 or 9.

• What are the units of the DAQmx meter?

  I created this VI and several others like it, a few months ago, but I forgot some of what I have at the time.  I believe that this VI should measure period, using the counter on the chassis of the acquisition of data.  Can someone tell me the units of the measurement period?  I think it's seconds, but I am trying to find a way to understand this!  The period values are generated by the DAQmx READ function in the WHILE loop.  What units that work out in the table?  What are the units of the elements of the array, essentially?  See the attached VI.

  In addition, how do you know?  I opened the DETAILED HELP for the DAQmx Read (minimum 1 D NSamp DBL) shows the VI but, I can't find anything on the units of data coming out of the Terminal marked data with the orange wire, which is actually an array of periods, and we take the average of the most recent measures period 15 or more.

  I had a suggestion months ago for a line OR manual containing a description of the measures of buffering EdgeCounting, but when I went to find it, the link had been changed by NEITHER, so I find that manual, but I think the answer is probably there because I remember this manual is very helpful when I've done it before.

  When you create a virtual channel, you must specify the units of the task of counter uses.  There are several options that are listed in help here:

  I'm not on a computer with LabVIEW now, but I think the default should be ticks, which is the number of ticks the time base of your device.  You can find this information in your hardware specifications.
