In the past, I've added the folder appdata in my personnel file, now I want to get rid of him, how?

in the past somehow I added the appdata folder to my personal user account folder (you know where contacts, desktop, downloads, Favorites, documents, photos, videos, files, etc.)

It is a ghost folder that opens.

How can I remove it from there?

AppData is a file provided by Windows which must appear in your Windows profile folder in C:\Users\username.  Various programs (and Windows itself), create files and folders in AppData.  You don't want to remove it.

However, you can hide it again.  In the profile folder where you see AppData, click Tools > folders and select the view tab.  Under "hidden files and folders", click the box marked 'do not show hidden files, folders or drives', and then click OK.  You should see is no longer at that point of AppData.
