Have been unable to trade watch after several hours of phone calls.  Here's the question... Bought parents watch with silver to a Best Buy.  Watch is not registered in their system, since it was bought with money, so they are not exchanged for a 38 mm watch - they even called the local store and they cannot resume.  Best Buy felt terrible, they wanted to help, but couldn't find a way to make the exchange of work in their system.  Attempted to swap with the apple store.  They won't, so I offered to Exchange even upward, even with the 38mm being $50.00 less, I want just a watch works for me.  They recognize fully it is located in the window of return/exchange, but since it was purchased at a Best Buy they don't seem more interested in supporting.  Lesson to everyone out there - attention to gifts, especially if they were purchased with money!   Anyone has any advice on a matter of Exchange like that?  I am at a loss for what to do...
