  This is now happening to me also. I've been editing happily nonstop for two months without this problem. The same project even made without problem a few days ago.   Update: has been working through some things with care. Really useful. Looks like it's specific project. Can be exported in single CPU mode. Put up-to-date I've run some additional tests. Older project exports ok.

  Update: as I am with nvidia I downloaded the driver, custom installation selected, checked the box for a clean install. (according to the Adobe support chat)

  Do not click on the "maximum make quality" for the resizing option.

  Currently works for export in 1080. Will try 4 k later but at this point, it seems that the clean install video card driver that he fixed. It's all about a k 4 timeline.

  Update: the custom clean install of nvidia driver finally solved the problem. Now, I can export the same project with all settings and sizes. A big thank you to the customer supports the person (MS) to tide me over.

  Yes, you have Lightroom through the creative cloud. However, in the forums, each community specializes in each separate application that you have. There is a forum for the creative cloud, another for the Lightroom application, app, and yet another for Photoshop.

  Forum Adobe Creative Cloud, you could post a question of not being able to download another app through it, or maybe that you are having problems signing in. In the Photoshop Lightroom forum, you were wondering questions not being able to import photos into the app or another Lightroom. In the Discussion of Photoshop, you can ask for help because a tool does not work, or an error message appears. So on for all Adobe applications.

• Mercury engine option grayed out with new system

  HI guys,.

  I know that this issue was raised a lot, but I can't seem to find a specific solution.

  I have a brand new system, 64-bit, Win Pro 8.1, Nvidia Quadro K4000, Maximus VI hero 32 Gig of RAM DDRM motherboard, Intel (R) Core (TM) i7 - 4770 GPU K @ 3.50 GHz 801 Mhz.

  The card is listed as on the adobe site.

  All latest drivers have been loaded to the construction of the computer less than a week ago. (February 14)

  However, the settings for mercury engine option is grayed out and I can't do anything with it.

  Questions

  (1) this average PP does not use my card GPU acceleration.

  (2) If Yes, how can I get it too

  (3) what should I do to get the two menu drop-down options, I should be in the settings window.

  I am very wary of messing with the files of program, and not very well, but after a bit of research (my index finger required tweaking cos I've got things on different partitions), I found the files, followed instructions and Voila! options are now selected and everything is good.

• First Pro CS5 mercury engine works with my imac 27-inch?

  I have a 27-inch imac that I bought 4 months ago.   Yesterday, I upgraded my Creative Suite Production Premium CS4 CS5.   It costs a lot more to do when you live in Japan (about $300 more).  I installed it and my disappoinment, I can't access new agency, on 64-bit mercury engine.  I read the card and I thought that my computer is capable.  Is someone can you please tell me if my features are good?   iMac is a total disappoinment because they will replace any parts!   I have two questions very expensive (imac 27 inches and Adobe CS5).  Can I do not use the mercury engine in P PRo?  I'll be so sad if that's the case.   I called apple and they say that they do not change the graphics card or processor if these are my problems. Which means that I'll have two big things, my new imac and sweet new Adobe and I can't use them together.

  Anyway, here is my card.  I hope someone can shed some light on this issue for me.  I hope that I don't have my right PP settings.  Thanks in advance!

I installed a telephony software named SJPhone 1.65 on my Windows XP, and I used the SJPhone to establish communication with another computer also running SJPhone. When I played a song with Windows Media Player on my Windows XP, I can hear the sound on the computer that was on a call with my Windows XP, but low volume and few noises. Why could the SJPhone 'hear' the speech output through WMP on my XP? What is the process of audio streams in Windows Media Player for SJPhone? Because I do not know the audio driver and the audio system of the computer, if any could tell me the reason? P.S:my sound card is SIGMATEL STAC 92XX C-Major HD Audio

  You have a device audio cheapo. It can only a stereo stream channel at the same time so large pieces all together for the same result... Solution: either don't use WMP to call, or get a second audio device and use one for the phone and the other for the WMP. However, it is a real * to implement in XP. Good luck. Cheers, jerry

  I am considering buying a new MacBook Pro (15 in., processor 2.8 GHz quad-core Intel Core i7, 16 MB of RAM) to mainly video edditing with Premiere Pro, I have the CS6 vertion. I wonder if its Mercury playback engine support GPU?

  The laptop I think uses this two graphics cards:

  • Intel Pro Iris graphics card
  • AMD Radeon R9 M370X with 2 GB of GDDR5 memory

  In the list of system requirements for first Pro CS 6; Premiere Pro system requirements for Mac OS and Windows is said "AMD over-pants" recommended for Mac and AMD Radeon GPU Acceleration (as the Mac comes with) is listed under Windows. This makes me wonder if the new Mac support the maximum speed for the Mercury playback engine?

  In any case, I would appreciate your views as oppon whitch GPU card you guys recommend for a MacBook Pro work best with Adobe Premiere Pro CS6?
