  This happens when you try to install .ipa to a device that is not listed in the mobileprovision file. Make sure that the UDID of the device is included in your Developer Portal iTunes and when you generate the new file mobileprovision that you explicitly check the box next to the new feature that you added.

  How to create a button that switches back on iPad in InDesign via DPS. I saw him on a magzine of food on an ipad... it's just a circle with text inside, when you click on it the whole circle switch on the other side and there is a different color with a different text. The circle does not change its position, it just allows to invert. Yet once, I want to make it so it appears on the ipad with DPS.

  Anyone know if you can create a reliable school newspaper in Indesign for DPS that can be used for daily planning and reminders?

  If you mean, the student can use to add homework etc. for a list, then no, not without a lot of html and custom code.

• Several animations in iBooks and DPS - interfering

  I joined several animations of edge in iBooks and DPS. Ute I keep running into a problem where one or more animations do not start after that I have started another, then go to another page. When I reload the book or viewer adobe then animation that wouldn't start works well, but then others won't work. Individually they all run very well, but when they are incorporated together they start to a standstill.  I use edge 1.0 and author of iBooks indesign and lateset CS6.

  Any ideas?

  Pretty frustrating - I have a published iBook and I must say users to reload ibooks for each animation to run. They are not complex animations.

• I installed a new version of InDesign and now when I click on an InDesign file, it tries to open in Photoshop.

  I recently upgraded to InDesign and now all my InDesign files try to open in Photoshop. I tried to change how these files open by right-clicking on the file and choose open with. Photoshop is the recommended program. I unchecked "always use the selected program to open this type of file", click on browse and I found InDesign in the Program Files (X 86) folder and clicked on the InDesign program but nothing has changed. Any suggestions?

  No problem, it seems that the program is well hang in the registry. This should fix it. If not, let me know and I'll dig through some databases to see if I can find a solution.

  Just to start tonight, when I'm in InDesign and exit the application for another program or hide and return ALL my tools and palettes are closed and I have to open individually save them. No, I did not hit the TAB key and yes I tried to see if they are reappearing. NO LUCK please help makes very difficult deadlines!

  What about restore your workspace? If you don't have a personalized workspace, try:

  Window > workspace > advanced

  Window > workspace > Reset advanced

  If it works, and if you don't have a personalized workspace, now would be a good time to create one!

• Linking of indesign and illustrator files

  I was wondering if it was possible to link files between Illustrator and Indesign and have an update in real time whenever I have to save the file, that I'm working on.

  I would work on several designs on separate Illustrator files and would need files Indesign update accordingly when I save the Illustrator files.

  I have Photoshop Elements, I bought it once, it's not every year or fresh monthly, what I want to know is if there's a similar way to buy InDesign and Illustrator. Honestly, I don't use these programs which often (or at least not often enough to justify the cost I would have to pay).

  I searched so far came empty-handed and frustrated, that I don't want Adobe Cloud (I need not other programs) are there really no other option then to pay too much money for the programs that I have used often use?

  If you are ready to deal with older software, and your computer can support the older versions, you can always buy CS6, but it will never be updated and will not run on newer computers.
