  Hello, I am a student trying to creative cloud and several adobe applications, work at home so I can't do a 5 hour trip return to school and facing a lot of problems to just running programs.

  first set up: I'm using windows 7-64 bit with a small 100g SSD main (C :) and a terabyte of secondary drive for most of my data (d :))

  first of all, I downloaded CC some time ago and it crashed when opening simply tried several times and did not work, so I was forced to use auxiliary programs to simulate the demands made in the classroom for a modest success.

  now, after a few updates and a new installation of windows 7, I thought I would try again. I downloaded CC and started installing some applications that I need (flash, first, photoshop, illustrator, and consequences). However I don't have enough room on my SSD, so I removed the programs and reinstalled in a file on my D: drive. Flash and the Prime Minister has worked for a few minutes before CC informed me that I would not be able to use other programs because there was not enough space available to update.

  I have 10 GB of space on my SSD, I understand there are some information that must be stored on the C: drive, but why it takes up to 10 GB of space?
  to use 1-2 applications without having update problems, I uninstalled Photoshop and Illustrator, as I will now need them later in the half and CC as a whole simply refuses to work. All loading the CC program causes an error. I tried to reinstall and restart the computer. Nothing helps. so I uninstalled all the programs adobe and CC, but CC was still send me errors in the uninstall.

  I tried more than 10 times to redownload/install CC and more I could do is get the CC itself at startup program, but it immediately gives me "DOWNLOAD ERROR" (without error number) and simply contact customer.

  I'm currently stuck at this step with no idea what to do, any help would be appreciated, because I have homework that needs to be done at home and can not do without these programs

  I bought my creative plan Cloud and I'll download and installed the Cloud Desktop App designer before getting all CC software I need. But when I download the 'CreativeCloudInstaller.dmg' on my new MacBookPro with OS Lion 10.8.4 retina and I start the procedure, the package the installation ask me my password for Mac make some changes... after, then it shows me an error message: error 13... something related to a problem of permission in writing in an issue of acceptance of cookies.

  PS: I tried all the suggestions in this forum... check with utility disk permission, writing in the Terminal the suggested codelines, create a new user on my mac etc... nothing has worked for me!

  Thanks, Maurizio (Apple Store businesses, Firenze - Italy), I got the patch just to the question that I found during the installation of the Desktop App #CreativeCloud.

  Thus, when installing the desktop CC app, we got the "Error Starting Creative Cloud - dir cookies: can not make the /cookies file: Permission denied (error 13)" alert pop-up message, we have a problem in the permissions to read & write files with our user administrator account on our Mac. "

  

  Well, before you fix this problem, we need to uninstall the desktop CC app and we know that the Desktop App #CreativeCloud tries to make a 'cookies' folder on this path (in our Mac):
  /Macintosch HD/Users / [user] / Library/Application Support/Adobe /.

  The issue: application does not have permissions to create the file /cookies/ in the folder /Adobe/ - so, just set the permissions for the folder /Adobe/ giving our user administrator account "root access" in this folder!

  Press in and hold the Alt/Option key while clicking on 'Go' in the menu Finder (This is how the ~/Library/ usually hidden user folder will appear listed in this menu). Click the library folder, and then select it / Application Support /Adobe/ folder with a single click. Then click on the command key + i key (cmd + i) for information on this file.

  Go to the "sharing & permissions" at the bottom of the window box, unlock it at the bottom right of the window and give all the names listed "read & write" by authorities.

  Finally, click on the symbol to gear bit at the bottom of the window to apply the changes to all items in the folder. Lock it again and close the window.

  Reinstall the office #CreativeCloud. Now, it runs correctly.
