InDesign CS5 do not recognize the Plug-Ins
After installing CS5, when I run the application InDesign, I get a string of error messages like this:
"Adobe InDesign does not recognize InCopyImport.InDesignPlugin as a plug-in. Please reinstall the plugin InCopyImport.InDesignPlugin and restart InDesign. »
To my knowledge, I've never installed a plugin in the first place, and I don't know where to start to reinstall the plug-in in question. Why is this happening?
Looks like your first installation has been hit. You must uninstall, run the cleanup script (http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/829/cpsid_82947.html), and then reinstall and make sure that you have administrator privileges and you have disabled everything don't not need to operate the computer.

Photoshop stopped to see the plug-ins
Two days ago, only Photoshop stopped seeing all the plugins on my Mac. I checked the system information and it says I have no plug-ins. But the all the plug-ins are correctly stored and listed in the plug-ins folder. I tried a variety of troubleshooting techniques: restart or shut down the MAX. Unplug the computer, reinstall the existing plugins, installation of new plugins, copy plugin Photoshop 2014 files and reinstall the directory of Photoshop since 6 days ago using Time Machine. Nothing works. It's like Photoshop does not see the plug-ins folder.
Before that happened, Photoshop worked perfectly. It worked after the latest updates of Photoshop and Apple. It worked fine in the morning, but everything went in the afternoon. Everything that I did at the time where he changed a try to open a photo from Lightroom to Photoshop. I did hundreds and hundreds of times. This time it open but no filters have been listed.
I tried all of the solutions that I can think of and nothing worked. Of course, being Christmas, there's no, I can't talk to. Any ideas? Thank you
PS: My version of Windows in Photoshop does not exhibit this problem.
I installed Photoshop and Lightroom and both work very well. I installed a few plugins and photoshop I saw both. A clean install of Mac OS x made things any better. I hope you can understand yours soon.

Hey Kevin,
You can uninstall InDesign and you can check non installed in the Applications folder if a file for Adobe InDesign CC still exists. If so delete this folder manually and remove the trash.
Install CC InDesign again. Do it from your administrator account.
Thanks and greetings

Currently, I have Photoshop CS5 with Adobe Bridge. The upgrade online for Photoshop CS6 includes upgrades to the bridge? I recently bought a camera Nikpn D810. The old version of the bridge does not recognize the D810 Camera Raw format. Thanks for any help.
New digital camera sometimes means an upgrade of the software, as in this case.
Camera Raw plugin | Supported devices
Applications of camera Raw compatible Adobe
First, the D810 is supported in camera Raw which is compatible with the CS6 and later versions 8.6.
Options:
- Pay for upgrade to CS6
- Join the cloud to Adobe
- Download the free Adobe DNG converter, convert all the D810 Raw files to DNG, and then edit the DNG in CS5 helps Photoshop | Digital Negative (DNG)

I have Photoshop CS5.1 (bought in 2011). The photoshop Camera Raw plugin is not recognize the format of my new Nikon D610. I've updated the version of my Camera Raw plugin and still get this message when you try to open pictures in photoshop. Help, please.
This link shows that 8.3 ACR supports the Nikon D610 and 6.7.1 was the final version for CS5.
Camera Raw plugin | Supported devices
If you can switch to CS6 and ACR 8.7.1
or using the DNG converter, convert your Nikon raw files to DNG to open in CS5.
Here is the download link: Adobe - Adobe Camera Raw and DNG Converter: for Macintosh: Adobe DNG Converter 8.7.1
or Windows: Adobe - Adobe Camera Raw and DNG Converter: for Windows: Adobe DNG Converter 8.7.1
And here's a great video tutorial on how to use the converter.

Firefox does not recognize the VLC plugin
Firefox on Lion is not recognize the VLC plugin. I tried to reinstall the plugin and Firefox do not recognize. I also checked that it is installed in the correct location (Library/Internet Plug-ins)
What is a VLC 64 bit version?
On a Mac, versions of Firefox 4 and later are a 64-bit application.
Not all support 64-bit plugins and if not, you must start Firefox in 32-bit mode to use this plugin. -
I'm still using CS5 and Nik/Google software plug-ins. If I switch to CC now will be that in any way affect my plug-ins or cause me to have to download everything again?
It's the compatibility table for Nik Software. So you should be ok. You might be interested in this thread that addresses this issue

Cannot open the file, update the plug-ins? Help.
First of all, I have InDesign CC and use InDesign CC files. Whenever I open a file that is a model of InDesignCC file, the warning window opens and says:
"Cannot open file. Could not open the file. Please update your plug-ins their versions the latest, or upgrade to the latest version of Adobe InDesign. »
Well I've already updated InDesign so I guess it's plug-ins. Can someone direct me on how to update or how to solve this problem? I'm on a Mac.
Thank you
You must either upgrade your InDesign CC to 2014 CC, or you have installed both of them, the file has been created with CC 2014 and you try to open the file with InDesign CC.

Extensions Manager remove all the Plug-ins folder as well as the Panel
When I click on 'Remove' the extensions Manager interface, the following has occurred-
In CS6 - when I used the extensions Manager to 'delete' by clicking on the button 'delete', it removes not only the Panel, I installed but deleted the folders ' Plug-ins > panels > my Panel. The whole of the hierarchy!
In CS5 - he left the Plug-ins folder, but deleted "panels > my Panel.
In CS4 - Extension Manager works correctly for ask and drop without removing all of the shell folders.
Question #1 - what I do on my plug-ins missing for these applications? This is a disaster!
Is question #2 - possible not to delete files from the shell, when you're just trying to remove a custom panel to fix the CS5 and CS6 Extension Manager?
My system:
Windows Vista Ultimate Edition
Service Pack 2
Processor Intel Core 2 Quad Q9650 @3 CPU. 00 GHz
RAM memory (RAM) 8.00 GB
System 64 - bitHard drives C: 1Terabyte - 301 GB available
Z: 1 terabyte - 309 GB availableYes, I think you got it. Here is a link to show you my not living in a video.
As I started to do the MXP files and try to test the Panel, my Photoshop stops working (hangs) after a few minutes, too. Has never done this before when I manually just copied and pasted the chopsticks of model file in the folder of the panels.

CS5 does not recognize scanner
Hello
Any ideas why CS5 has stopped recognizing my scanner Canon 8000. He had no problems until recently. Now when I open CS5 scanner wakes up, but is not displayed in the import menu. Have you tried several ideas to solve this problem without a bit of luck.
Apparently, TWAIN is so more loaded into the installation of CS5. I found it in plugin option here:
http://www.Adobe.com/support/downloads/thankyou.jsp?ftpID=4688&FILEID=4376
I went on this site, the downloaded ZIP file, extract the files and followed the instructions in the PDF of instructions. I put the plug-in extracts in the Plug-Ins folder under folder C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CS5 and restarted PS. Voila. TWAIN is back.
I use 32 bit Windows CS5. I have not tested to see if it works on 64 bit.
