• InDesign CS4 is not available by default programs dialog box

  I am running w/Service Pack 2 for Windows Vista on a Dell computer. The computer had versions of Adobe InDesign CS3 and CS4 installed. I uninstalled CS3, but now, when I double click on any file *.indd Windows application which program use to open the file. InDesign CS4 (and many other installed programs) do not appear in the default programs dialog box. I find using the Browse button, but when I select, and then click 'Open' computer still does not appear in the dialog box window. How can I get Windows to see all programs, so that I can associate extensions with appropriate applications? I can open the files in InDesign CS4, but not by double-clicking on the file. Right now, all my obtained .indd files associated with DreamWeaver CS3.

• Mini Bridge for InDesign CC is not available

  I recently installed InDesign CC and bridge CC (64-bit). I would like to use the mini Bridge, but it does not appear in the menu windows even when the bridge is running. By clicking the bridge icon in the upper part opens the desktop version of the bridge. Shift-click does the same. Anyone else having this problem?

  Disappointment, hopefully they fix this soon. Mini-Bridge is crucial.

  The fix was wrapped in XP SP3 and is not available online.

  Unfortunately, XP SP3 produced other problems and I need to get the hotfix to a customer who cannot use the SP3 because of other technical and political problems.

  Server not available appears almost everytime I try to log in online. Mozilla is my default. After the reboot sometimes two or three times Mozilla happens.

  Delete all rules for Firefox in the list of permissions in the firewall and leave your firewall again ask permission to get full unlimited access to the internet for Firefox and the plugin-container and the update process.

• RoboHelp 2015: Several output types that are not available when you open the project created with RH9

  I recently upgraded from RoboHelp 9 in RoboHelp 2015, and I have installed all updates. I use WebHelp output for most of my projects. I would like to use the new features of HR 2015, specifically the release of HTML5 sensitive; However, when I open a project created with RH9, this type of output is not available. This type of output, and many others is not listed as options can I choose from eBook including HTML5 Multiscreen, and others. I tried to create a new project with HR 2015, and import my RH9 project files, but the sensitive HTML5 output and others remained unavailable. Are there settings I can change into my existing project or HR 2015 in order to use these features and new types of output? Recreate all the subjects in HR 2015 seems to be a very undesirable solution.
