  Launch Photoshop by right-clicking the Photoshop.exe file and choose "Run as Administrator" to see if that clears the problem.  (Windows)

  If this isn't the case, we can watch using the cleaning tool or you can switch to Support Adobe's Option.

  OK, if you uninstall/reinstall another, this time above use the cleanup tool after uninstalling. It will remove anything blocking the installation.

  I'm working on an animation keyframe for a customer.  It was working up until the recent patch of flash player. Now, the file is corrupted and does not work.  I have the back four files on two different hard drives, still no luck.  I can't afford to keep re-creating the files when it should be probably save in the first place. Is there any way to recover the files correctly? This terrible I really need help.  Thank you

  This problem is caused by an incorrect addition of empty frame (s) to one or many of the assets of the library cause the XML to be corrupt structure and thus the error. To resolve this problem, update your Flash CS5 for the last available build of Flash CS5.

  1. launch Flash.

  2. go to the Help menu > updates...

  3. make sure the box for Adobe Flash Pro CS5 is checked in the Adobe Application Manager dialog box.

  4. click on refresh. You will probably be asked to stop Flash while the update is running.

  After a successful update, you should be able to open the file without error.

  Hi, my internet icon says I am not connected to internet (it has a red x on it) but I'm connected to the internet and navigate without a problem, however, the basic network information window, it seems that I'm not connected to a network and in the card itself, it displays the icon of my computer and green lines to my router but there is a red cross between the connection between the router and the internet icon (grey world).
  I already uninstalled the driver for the network and installed again that I downloaded from the site of pilots, it is complete and fully up-to-date. There is no other device is trying to connect to the internet I know, can you please help? Anywhere where I can put up some screenshots for you see?

• Try to download and my computer won't open the file

  I wanted to download Facebook messenger for my office, but it won't work. (don't ask why I want it, I know it's what you thinkthe small bar at the bottom of my screen pops up and had only save and cancel optional.) If I hit, it won't download because it can not open the backup file. If I hit Cancel and then it freezes just straight up. What happened to the "Run" option and why it wont download? It's the same thing the other day, trying to download my songs on Amazon. My computer doesn't have that program to open an .amz file. Once I found a link to let me download Amazon downloader all of this came together and worked for me. It's almost the same thing. Download instructions say to click "run" when it happens, but it's not even an option for me. Then, as I said earlier, if I come out or cancel everything freezes and I can't do the little box go away if I close Internet Explore completely to dismiss as nothing shows in my downloads folder... Help? Oh, I have a HP Pavilion DV7.

  Hi, have you tried to download files / application to another browser like Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome? Maybe the problem is with Internet Explorer. Let us know the result.

  I'm having trouble with Dreamweaver CS6 and CC2014.1 do not open most of my files.  On two occasions, a technology Adobe had access to my computer, but they were unable to resolve the problem.  A previous support via chat session did not resolve the matter.  After that the 3rd tech was taken out of my computer, the computer go haywire.  It was the biggest mess I've ever seen.  Suddenly he brightened and DW began to work properly.  I went on vacation and after his return, DW won't open most of my files.  I tried all the suggestions in the forums and YouTube.  Someone please help.  I lost many, many hours of valuable work time.

  An interesting thing occurred.  I have just connected my desktop computer to a wi - fi connection in a hotel that uses the service of the Charter.  I can now open my web pages in DW.  A few weeks ago, I used a WiFi by another service provider and could not use DW.  After that I was in a cabin by using the service and everything worked fine.  Earlier today, I was connected with dish and could not use DW.  For 3 weeks, I was in Germany and elsewhere in Europe and had no trouble using DW.  So that explains all the problems.  There are providers of services.

  I am running Max OSX 10.5.8 and I am currently using a trial version of CS5 (Design Premium) while work sorts of money for the upgrade.

  I work in-house, and I needed to send a work file to an external design agency. I saved the file in CS5. The Agency has CS5. When they open it, they get an error message saying that they do not have the necessary plugins to open it. We never have any plug-ins, I'm not aware of anything that would come the trial who do not come with the purchased version, so I don't know what to do.

  Is it possible to save a file without saving these 'plugins' with it? Or is there something else I can do?

  I'm having a certain hard using first but the passage between different computers.

  So I created a project on another computer, in which I put the video files that are located on my hard drive (external). I saved the project on the same hard disk. Realization of my project, I noticed that creates the first "preview files" in a separate card.

  I got a new computer in which I put the 2 GB of ram necessary for myself so I could work at home. BUT when I connected my HD on my computer and tried to open the project, the computer said one of the preview files were missing. No big surprise, so I'm going and find the file. Click on it, but then it says:

  "not supported format or corrupted file", which is absolutely B * llshit because the Prime Minister created the file itself?

  In addition, all media, I imported in the left part of the screen of the user (not sure what you call) IS 'off CONNECTION '. It gets weird, because when I try to find the media using FIND in first, not all the files SHOW UP?

  Im getting quite nervous, because I need it to work hard enough

  Maybe its helpful to mention that my new computer is a complete novice blown [no internet connection, does not sound again: I just installed Service Pack 2] and maybe I'm missing some drivers?

  Open the CS4. Create a new project and when you get the sequence settings screen, are selectable AVCHD, HDV, and XDCAM presets?

  If this isn't the case, you are using the trial version, or your full version has been restored to the status of the trial. The trial does not support anything MPEG, even when encapsulated in AVI format.

  If you have the full version which is returned to the status of first instance, follow these steps:

  1. disable

  2 uninstall

  3. run the Script own CS4

  4 reboot

  5. Repeat steps 3 and 4

  6. Repeat steps 3 and 4

  7 install

  8 activate

  9. turn to update to 4.2.1

  You have two versions of Pages on your Mac, probably the Pages ' 09 and 5.6.1 Pages.

  When you have clicked on your Pages ' 09 version previously opened in Pages 5, 6.1 and was converted into a format of Pages 5.6.1.

  When you double click on the document today you opened in Pages ' 09, who cannot open the format of Pages 5.6.1.

  To open the document in the correct application, right-click on the document and choose. Pages ' 09 has a bottle of blue ink icon, Pages 5 has a generic research paper Orange.

  If you want to convert your document to Pages ' 09, because it has over more than 100 features and is much more productive:

  Open the document in Pages 5.x > file > export > Pages ' 09

  Press and hold the keys Alt + Ctrl + Shift (Windows) or Option + command + shift (Mac OS) you launch Photoshop. You are prompted to delete the current settings. New preferences files are created the next time you start Photoshop.

  Note: Using the preference files for custom shortcuts, keyboard shortcut, workspaces, and color setings will also reset to zero by default.

  This problem has not helped me with my problems to download iTunes correctly, that's why I set out to solve this problem in the first place. I also get a lot of it popping up every 10 minutes:

  "MobileDeviceService has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience. »

  The error signature is always:

  It won't do anything when I click to send error report or not, it does not close anything as it is normally would. I think it might have something to do with the steps I took to reinstall iTunes properly...

  First, display the help here. I can't open a file... when I try to open it I get the message "could not complete your request because of a program error." I can open other files even if there be this one? All the tips to find out how possible difficulty this ic then one opened this file again?
