INDEX.html... Can I go out with this rookie mistake?

I started to design my first site and I'm probably about 8 pages, with about 8 hours behind me. I just read that having your page title uppercase index is a fundamental problem. I actually managed to save on my local file as index.html, but it is still displayed in the page tab at the top left under the name INDEX.html

Do I have a problem? and if so how can I solve this problem?

Thank you...

Not sure what happened there, but it seems to have resolved itself? Rather than opening the file DW Panel, open recent INDEX.html >

I clicked on the index.html file on the local file on the right side of the screen... now the tab is correct. IE index.html now on both sides. :-)

Caps what index.html seems to have been banished completely, Hooray! and his spending Panel file DW, recent open - list too...

Thank you..
