  I use sqlldr control file to load a flat file to a table. This file will be provided each month and is a complete replacement file. I need to automate the process to truncate the data already present in the table before loading new records. I can do this in the same ctl file as load or do I need a separate batch file?

  Same file. Say "TRUNCATE" instead of "INSERT".

  I would like to read a table (select * from employees) and load the data into a csv file.

  What methods are available?

  Records will be at high volume.

  If it is to do a lot, use APEX.

  Create a new page with an interactive report based on the SQL code you want. When you go to download Excel, it is actually a CSV file.

  If it is large, you may need to go on the FILE_UTL road.

  If it is only once, use an interface such as SQL tool * or SQL * Developer.

  If it's a learning experience, you must do all three.

  You can use a cross join, like this...

  SELECT ut.table_name
  x.column_name
  OF some_table_name x
  ut user_tables
  WHERE ut.table_name = upper ('some_table_name');

  or...

  SELECT ut.table_name
  x.column_name
  OF some_table_name x CROSS JOIN user_tables ut
  WHERE ut.table_name = upper ('some_table_name');

  This will work if you have one or more column value returns. Basically, a table name is multiplied by the number of lines found in the table. I hope this helps.

  We export data cleaned to staging tables, whenever we export data, Disqualification truncates the table and inserts the new data sets into this table.

  My requirement is instead of truncating the table before inserting the data in it, Disqualification must add these records, should not truncate the table.

  Please let me know how to configure this in OEDQ, your help is appreciated.

• After the reopening of the dreamweaver files, the table and its contents do not appear in design mode

  I had a problem with the deisgn opinion that caught me all week. I designed a Web page with dreamweaver CS4. After having reopened this Web page, I got the problem to see the tables and images inserted in dreamweaver (the images cut into slices of Fireworks works well). Somehow this problem existed only in design, but is NOT seen on browser / see live.  I thought that it is the problem of adjustment, but I tried to reopen the Web page I designed earlier... you have no problem in design or mode live view. I also tried to start another file, same problem existed (tables/images do not display in design) I'm really confused. Any thoughts?

  There is an array whose size is close to 30 GB.
  Because there are no locks and just a string index into this table, is possible to estimate the time required to truncate this table?
  I need to plan this activity. Is someone can give me an idea about the time based on past experiences?

• How to create a grid with the tables and Boolean values?

  As part of a larger project, I'm trying to create a Subvi, which will allow me to spend a "cursor" in a 3 x 3 matrix.

  It should be 2 Boolean inputs, one for move them down in the table and the other to move them to the right. Once reached the edge of the table, the "cursor" will start back at the beginning.

  I have a vague idea of a table to 2 dimensions with LED. Once 'down' has been selected, the corresponding light to (0,0), light (0.1). Goes the same for the button 'right '. When 'down' is pressed (0.2), the LED should turn off, and LED (0,0) must light up.

  I'm sure it has something to do with the initialization of the tables, but I can't seem to find the right way to do it.

  Your array is always empty.  Look at the detailed help for the function page replace table subset.  He says that the function has no effect if the specified index refers to a location outside the table.

  What you see on the Panel is only a view and has nothing to do with what is in the table.

  We could use the options for text blocks to position the first line.
  Fixed value set to 0.

  And a table style that would govern the distance before and after a table.
  If you wish, set both values to 0 .

  We could also do a minimum in the lead with the paragraph formatting to separate paragraph following with the next table.

  When I tried to create indexes on the table of RDF data, it always say the table or view does not exist. I created the RDF model using java codes:

  It is not recommended to use the SYS or SYSTEM to store/manage schema graph RDF data.

• Form doesn't work after updating the table

  I did a form and that you added prior insertion for the block trigger. And the form works perfectly well without any problems.
  Two new columns have been added to the table and must be added to the form now.
  I opened the block of data in the form wizard and made an update of the table to get the two columns. After I pressed on the "refresh" and then tried to launch the form (but has not added new columns), the trigger for prior insertion fails and begins to throw me an error that the value must be entered. (FRM:40202)
  
  After further analysis I also discovered that there is a null value is passed into another element. In fact when I update the Datablock Assistant I see this column on the left side to be present on the right side.

  If so, then this is the reason for the error arise...

  Please note: all lines with null, associated with the two old columns will cause the error

  Action: insert a value for columns NOT NULL...

• Iterator for the table and form is a problem during the cleaning of the records

  I use JDev 12.1.2.

  I have an object of the detail view. I represent a part of its fields in a table and the rest in a form. I use the same iterator. Basically, I dragged and dropped the object even from the view of the data control and created a table and form layout with the fields I wanted in each provision. I put in place a clear feature for the rows in the table with a clear"" key. -on click I delete the line of the iterator in the managed bean. When I do this the selected record is deleted and the next record is displayed. But fields entered in the form layout also gets deleted. (the form should also be showing the record currently selected - it shows but entrable fields in the form are deleted because of claire that I did on the previous line.) If anyone can help get this resolved?

  Not use the same iterator for the tables and forms here? The links are in the row (row.bindings...) for the table, but for the form it is (links...). The Delete on the current row operation is causing the iterator delete all fields of links instead of from the line? Please shed some light.
