India: Slow service by motorola

I am Abhishek Rathore. I am owner of Moto X 1st generation. The screen of this phone broke and I gave it to service authorized to Magne Road, Center Jaipur. The estimated cost of repairs was around Rs.8500 and I was willing to pay for it. The date I gave the phone to the repair center was March 12, 2015. The person at the centre of service assured me that I will have my phone back with 5 days or less than a week. I made a call to the Service Center after a week and asked if my phone was ready, but they refused and asked for 2-3 days more, given that the screen has not yet received by them. This whole scenario suite for about 25 days. Whenever I called, they asked for an additional 2-3 days. During these 25 days, I was without any smartphone and I made about 20 calls and many emails to Motorola on the subject. It's a kind of moral harassment to me. Finally, on 9 April, I received an e-mail from Motorola assuring me that I will get my phone back on April 20. It was written in the mail that I can collect my phone April 20 of the service centre.

Now April 20, I reached the service center and asked for the phone. It was still not repaired after about 40 days. The person at the centre of service asked me to wait 1 more week! He was not so sure just exactly when will I receive my phone.

Wasn't she! During these 40 days, I once tried contact Motorola Motorola online chat service. The Executive branch of the customer on the other side asked the IMEI code of the phone. I gave them and he said that this IMEI code is not correct or is not given to the Service Center!

It was really a bad experience and in my opinion, no one should buy Motorola products since the service is very slow and poor (although the products are great).

I have attached a copy of the email I got and also the cat made with customer of Motorola.

Call customer service and ask them to transfer the call to a higher authority as regional head of n services sales of Motorola or post them. Motorola service network is really low in India, even if they sell millions of handsets. Even if you want to approach consumer forum, much of his time and you need to have a lot of patience and tolerance limit to wait for the results

    Contact a service centre they fix your problem in real-time and if your phone is under warranty, so that they can replace your free screen.

    I have a photosmart C4435 HP AIO printer that was bought in the USA and good that now I use this product in India, as my cartridges are dried out, I want to replace the cartridges to work in India where I can not find the HP74 and HP75 cartridges to the Indian market, as the product codes for the cartridges vary from one country to another. Like when I contacted HP in India customer service, they asked test me page HP74 and HP75 to recommend a cartridge buy in India.

    I would contact the customer service and advise you need a regionalization reset. If you bought the printer in an area and moved to a new area, you must call customer service to ask a "regionalization Reset." Avoid any accusation to this effect; It is covered under the warranty of the cartridge. You will need to have access to your computer and printer then on line with HP. You will also need to have a set of cartridges for the new region, once completed reset cartridges of region of origin no longer works. See the document on regionalisation. Without that it reset the cartridges purchased in India would not work in the printer.

  • transfer of tag (guaranteed) in India

    Computer dell laptop from Dubai, but when I checked the warranty information, I bought his country to see the: United States of America.     I understand your concern. Unfortunately, without the previous owner information, property transfer is not possible. It is possible that the seller could have sold you the system after its purchase by the United States.

    I can help you with the transfer of ownership, but you would need to validate the previous owner information.     Sitting at home on a rainy day and really looking forward to seeing the throne of iron season 6... If it never downloads? Why the hell it takes so long? It's horrible! Surely, we live in an age where I don't have to wait hours and hours for simply download something from the Internet to watch on my TV? Not happy. If I knew that there is a long time I would ever bother. And PS why this site is not optimized for mobile phones? Your Apple for gods sake!

    If you have a slow download speed, it is the result of a slow service or a problem with your local network.

    The first thing to check would be your internet download speed, you can do it www.speedtest.net. If you do this by using an ethernet-connected computer, you should get a pretty good indication of your speed entering the ISP. If you use a device connected to wifi, you will have to take into account the part of your internal network used and the effect could have on the result you see. However, the Apple TV 4 has the fastest application available to download, which would give you more reliable results to your Apple TV, but can not really be what you want to know at this point. Another option is to go to your modem (consult your manual to determine how to do this) by the bias of your web browser or specialized software provided by your ISP, the software on the modem itself often will tell you your speed of connection somewhere.

    HD 1080 p movies require a speed of 8 Mbps, 720 p HD movies a recommended speed of 6 Mbps, while SD movies require a recommended 2.5 Mbps speed.

  • Charger stopped working

    My phone charger stopped working. I am able to load the phone with another charger. After the appearance, it doesn't look like that it burned or something has happened. I don't know, all of a sudden it stopped working. I can't fixed it from the service center? Or is there another solution?

    My phone is now out of warranty.

    You will need to communicate with the service from Motorola to see if it is fixable but I doubt it. It would cost more labor to repair, then it is worth.

    New loaders are very expensive, and you can always use a USB port on the computer.

    Good quality 3rd party chargers are in abundance and you will find that both the Motorola brand Chargers.

    Just to give you a quick training of my installation at this time. I have a 4500 square foot home and currently Uverse Internet (NVG589, 45 Mbps down, 5 Mbps upward). I bought myself a R7000 hopes to expand to the entire network. I also have a Netgear EX6100 that I use for the network...

    So currently I have the R7000 connected in AP mode and all my devices connect to it and I turned off WiFi on the NVG589. I have also the connected EX6100 and its WiFi piggybacking off the R7000. The issue I'm having is that I'm the slow service connection via the R7000 (20 mbs, vs 45mbps. I was getting around 40 MB/s connection to NVG589). This happens when connecting both the R7000 and the EX6100.

    I was looking at the possibility of plugging the R7000 in Bridge mode and see if that would help. But, from my understanding, if you are using the bridge, then the R7000 does not send over WiFi (or extend the wireless network, the only advantage is that you can extend things through (wired) LAN) is that correct? I need something to extend WiFi as well as throughout the House. I can also use the EX6100 but I do not think that this is enough for any home.

    Any suggestions? I also looked in the forums and saw some people talking cascaded from the router, do not know what makes and even if it would help me but if someone you ask around, it would be greatly appreciated.

    Apparently, you can configure the Ex6100 as an AP. This link shows how. I have never used this device, so only can go by this doc. Scroll down to about 15 points, in the doc. Good luck!

Regarding the support for BlackBerry Maps questions have been raised regularly.
