We just got an update on the Adobe website have a server problem. We hope to get it fixed as soon as POSSIBLE.
You should still be able to launch your applications from the shortcuts

Can not connect with the Adobe server to upgrade the PS. Tried with fiervall and the router and called my provider. She is also only CC there are problems!

Perform the update.
2. try to download and install the update manually.

If you are not able to install the patch, please try

I managed to successfully install Photoshop cc, inCopy, Illustrator cc cc.
When I tried to install inDesign cc the same day, there was a mistake of Adobe server.
Have you tried closing down and reloading several times, different times of the day, for the last days.
Same mistake. Is about 30% of downloaded and gives error
Hello, Jeff. It's one of those scenarios that when I went to try the night download lat... guess what... downloaded successfully.

Sorry for the inconvenience. The Adobe.com team working on their infrastructure. Investigation tonight (Italian time) showed that a single server for adobe.com was causing problem. Visitors to adobe.com in Europe were mainly affected hereby. The webops team has diverted traffic and the components must be downloaded again. I try from the Netherlands and downloads work again for me.
