Injet coated enverlopes

HP 6500 has more (inkjet, all-in-one)

Using lightweight paper envelopes, I get spots on the leading edge og the envelope.  Put paper ordinary thru - without tasks.  Can I clean the roller?  Suggestions?  THX!

Hello

Sorry to hear that you are having problems with your printer.

In my personal experience, the envelopes in lightweight material can cause these issues a lot. I suggest that you use a slightly thicker envelope. To resolve this issue, try the troubleshooting information in the link below and I hope it works.

  • MacBook 12 "coating retina screen problem

    Hi guys,.

Recently, I noticed that the my MacBook 12 "retina coated screen has a problem. It seems that there is an inprint of the touch pad on the screen. At first I thought that this could well be a brand of tasks or something. But looking more closely, there is a light coating of the retina display problem which I buffer of track in contact with the screen and causes the markings. I have not the range Protection screen or installed any protective keyboard from the first day of my purchase. I use Skinny Sleeve MacBook 12 "and always careful with my beloved MacBook.

I did a search and there are similar questions for the MacBook Pro 13 "retina that several users had also. I don't have a picture to show you guys what it looks like on my screen and it's only at the beginning stage. In my view, there are users who had the same markings on their screen they don't know off. I send my MacBook to Apple QCD here Technology Pte Ltd service provider in Singapore and I was told that it is not "functional" and he can't be replaced. I then ask the guy on the phone who call me upward and said ' what about the quality? which is similar with the MacBook Pro 13 "retina display". He just told me to come and collect the MacBook.

I went back again and after a few exchanges, they prepared to resume in the MacBook and it degrades to the Apple directly. I'm waiting now to react Apple on the issue. Come on Apple, you can do better than that. I'm not trying to make things difficult for the repair center. The MacBook is still under warranty and I was expecting the screen to at least in good condition within this period. My 2 other MacBook Pro 13 "retina belongs to my daughter has no similar problem.

    Updates:

The Apple Service Centre call me today (2 days) and informed me that my MacBook is ready for collection and they replaced the screen for me. I took all happy with the results and fast service. Thank you Apple.

  • . Printer - printing of brilliant photos, coating melts when printing

My laser printer samsung 3185, when printing photos in color using lazer color paper, glossy coating is melting (, printer is again 4 weeks old) impression is ok on plain paper.

This is the wrong place to ask this question. This forum is for discussion, compliments, complaints or suggestions about the Microsoft Answers experience.

In addition, it is not a Windows problem.  It's not even a printer problem.  It's a problem buying.

    All that being said...

All laser printers use high heat to merge the particles of toner on paper.  This is how works a laser printer.  And that's why you should not use ordinary coated photo paper in a laser printer.  If you want to use the paper, you can buy paper that is specially designed for laser printers.  For example: http://www.shopping.hp.com/product/Q6608A?landing=supplies&category=paper&family_name=

  • Injet 1000 printer

I have 1000 injet printer that requires 2 cartridges - 1 black and 1 color - I bought 2 black cartridges because I don' t need to color for what I print - I get a message on the color cartridge is installed wrong - is there a way to bypass this message so I can print?

    Hello debbieinpsl,

    Welcome to the forums!

I understand you are trying to print with two black cartridges installed in your Deskjet 1000.

This is not possible. The printer is trying to recognize a color cartridge and will present you with an error if a black cartridge is installed.

I hope this helps clear things for you.

    Kind regards

  • Injet and in the world of choice

OK... being a laser dude I'm new to the world injet... when my printer stopped because my ink was sold out I thought I could just buy black. and blue (what a fool I am) No. .NO... you have to buy them all... .you see the print heads require ink...

OK... then how do you print in two colors or just black?... Well you have to buy all or HP could provide dummy cartridges that you could put in the slots you want use... so the print heads are provided... This should be followed by a software solution that allows you to choose which colors they wantt to use as default... I want only two...

Anyway I see HP s need money and we need to reduce costs if we do not like yellow or something... choice would be good if I get up and go for buy 2 cartridges that I really don't want... is there any laser large format?...

Please read this post then provide some details.  What printer model?  There the error messages on the computer screen or the printer?

The Color Laserjet Pro 5225n is a laser printer that handles 11 "x 17" media. "

HP and other printer manufacturers have technology another printer for different needs.

    • Some have integrated into the ink cartridges print heads.  These printers can print generally with one or more of the colors completely empty, or even with color or black cartridges (but not both) removed. Deskjet 9800 series is an example.
    • Other printers have separate replaceable printheads and inks.  An example would be the Officejet 7110 printer.  In these printers print head can be replaced if they are damaged by running the printhead with colors off.  Some of these printers allow printing with a color, the other will not.  If the printer is run without ink in one or several colours, the printer may be damaged, but the user may be able to recover without having to send to the printer for the service.
    • Other printers have permanent print heads.  To run only those without little ink in all colours would risk causing damage to the print head because of clogs, air ingested in the printhead or grilled printhead resistances of shooting. The Photosmart 3310 series is an example of this type of printer. For printers with fixed print heads that could require the service to get the printer to print properly again when the ink is finally replaced.

The document described here how the ink is used.  The document is written for inkjet printers HP the same principles apply to printers inkjet from other manufacturers.
