Hi,
I have a table, tabemp, that has employee data and company code.
Soon he may be working in two or more companies.
Occasionally I add a column in table employee.
Whenever I add a column I have to go update the procedure.
What's good a solution, for my case, to insert / update records without careful to change the table?
Ex:

Several box insert as multiple records
I'm relatively new to ColdFusion. It's the simplicity, as well as Dreamweaver insert/update/delete assistants, have helped build clean enough applications for database insertion, recovery and deletion and display.
However, I have to be able to insert several selections of boxes as multiple records in a table, and I am running into problems. I guess this sort of thing is the premise of virtually any shopping cart out there, but I can't seem to find any good information on in my 'develop with CFMX manual' or my "Kit of Construction CFMX Web App" book or on the web also. (The only examples for the page of the form or the action page are a static box!)
The basic premise of what I'm trying to achieve:
The user is able to select different items in several boxes. (ITEM_ID)
This selection is associated with the user. (CUSTOMER_ID)
The selection is associated with a point in time as a year. (INSTANCE_ID)
These identification numbers that must all be inserted in a 3 column table expecting integers for ITEM_ID CUSTOMER_ID and INSTANCE_ID
Example of FORM values that would be passed: (147,148,149, 23445, 4) = (3 ITEM_IDs, CUSTOMER_ID and INSTANCE_ID)
Typical error on presentation to insert action page: Number of columns in reading / writing does not equal the number of values (which is normal, I am gathering several values via checkboxes).
How can I insert each box is selected as a separate record in the table?
Such as:

Several record insert through PROCEDURE - Urgent

My requirement is, I need to call a procedure that accepts two inputs and 1 output variable. The operation of the procedure is to insert the data in two tables (head_tab and line_tab - accepts several recording). I used % rowtype to two entries i.e procedure proc (head_var head_tab % rowtype, line_var line_tab % rowtype, out_var number). The incoming doc comes from 3 application of part which sends a header record and multiple line record for the same header.
I used the processing activity, insert row record I used for each loop for multiple record. But % rowtype is a scalar data type, it does not accept table of record to him! I'm stuck here. Can achieve us this scenario with the help of the procedure? or do I have to configure DBAdapter to insert the data directly on the table rather the procedure for this? If we can reach it through the procedure, how are we going?

You can't do things like that in a trigger.
It will reject the following statement.

This is the LEAST of your problems. Do NOT try to nontransactional things in a trigger.
Also, don't try to query the table that the trigger is activated on.
This is the fundamental question: Oracle is a multi-user system. Other users may be perform DML on the same table at the same time. So any NUMBER that provides this trigger can turn out to be inaccurate when other users post their transactions.
The best you can do in a trigger is throw an exception. If you do this will affect the complete relaxation and all the lines he treated - not only one line you see that you want to reject.

Update multiple records at once
First, thank you very much the people who have helped me out several times now. I put things together and came across another issue of 'beauty' begin as follows. In the previous topics, I had a way to get to an array of automated classification based on the inputs of a fixtures table and some simple calculations. Now, which has been accomplished which resulted in me having to update all the teams by simply clicking a button.
As you can see in the code below, using a table with every row a form, at the end of the line, there is a button called 'OK' I have to push to update the record according to. A repeat region for all teams in this query shows the ranking of 'new', but is not yet inserted in the League table. Is it possible to have this repeat region without having to push 18 or 20 times a button update? At the end of the table, one (1) button update all records? The primary key is composed like this ' 0000 - u00a "(4 numéros un tiret puis un «u» 1 ou 2 numéros et 1 ou 2 lettres à nouveau)."

I have two revenge on a form.
Block A is going to be to insert a new record into A table.
In section B I will populate several lines with data selected from the table B and update of these several lines in table B with a single value of table A.
When I save the form it inserts a duplicate row in table B for each selected row with the same data filled in the form and the added value of the block.
How could I do an insert on a block and an update on block B during the recording of the form?In your first post, you said that the form enter duplicate records. But when you define the DATA BLOCK of DATA base = no. then form and informing all thre records per slider and loop and you will be just press on save then it will insert never duplicated in the SERVICE_LOG table.
As I understand it, that will insert you records into MASTER BLOCK and fill the Chronogram of table depnds on the main reference in the retail block. Now the user will make a few changes of detail then you want to save all these update in the same table. If Yes, then why you don't use the same table as a data block or if there is another table, you update depends on the reocrds which are displayed in the detail block, then use code like that... at the LEVEL of the FORM create a trigger called KEY of VALIDATION and write something like that.

SQL query generated by insertion/update of data vi?
Hello!
I'm new to LabView, now rated as my company's management plans to buy licenses for several developers. I'm now playing with the database connectivity toolkit and try to insert/updated updated data sets. Everything is good with simple tables, but when I try to execute relatively complex queries are often mistakes LabView diagnosed everything as "syntax error in Update statement" or something like that with no specific details.
Is it possible to read the actual SQL queries generated by these vi or is there a (preferably free) tool to monitor all SQL queries called by my LabView program?

Performance of insert/update SQLite
Hi guys,.
I tested module database in our application. I'm quite satisfied with the speed of select queries. I took ~0.1-0.3 seconds for large queries. But the insert/update quries, to 2-3 sec per operation. You have the same numbers?
I read on temporary tables. Do you know other ways to speed up insertions/changes?

I did a few tests.
So packing several updates significantly increase the time of:
20 insert/update statements ~ 45-53 seconds
20 insert/update statements in a single transaction ~ 4-8 seconds
This is an expected according to expirience android behavior.
Also I tried TEMP tables really looks like fast ~ 1s. But I'm not sure about the test conditions "clear." I'll play more with him.

He is a Top - N query example, where you want to display top rows N (N = 1 in this case) from the top of a sorted list (a separate list for each dm_cc_agent_dkey). The usual way to go is with a ranking analytical function, such as DENSE_RANK. We want the best line available for each value of dm_cc_agent_dkey, where the lines with service_department = 'Sales' are the best possible lines (let's call these group 'A'), and the lines with the highest dm_dtae_dkey are best second (let's call these 'B' group). To determine if a line is in the group 'A' or 'B' requires the analytical functions, and since the analytical functions cannot be nested, it takes a separate subquery to find the Group ('A' or 'B' or none) before we can determine the rank.
