  As soon as I downloaded LR6 CC (once using LR, licensed version 5.7) the develop module would be visually glitch whenever I changed a setting and several times either one) setting that I tried to use it or b) reset all the setting.  A Google search shows that I'm not the only person having this problem.  PC, Windows 7.

  At least for the moment, it seems to be better if I put no access preferences not the graphic processor running.  At least there is no discount to zero the settings at the moment... There's visual glitches.

  In short, when you try to move forward for streaming audio, there is a memory buffer/stuttering problem that prevents a correct reading of the track. This problem is confirmed on SoundCloud and Traxsource and other people in the support thread mentioned Mixcloud and other streaming sites. In other words, it is not the special streaming service fault or another.

  The problem does not occur in Microsoft Edge, Internet Explorer or Chrome. Well, to clarify, when the issue was published on SoundCloud support forums, Chrome was having the same problem. However, they made a version a few days ago thrust, that fixed it.

  Here's my original on the SoundCloud support post (less), which has the relevant details. Note that we have updated both Flash and Firefox recently, so although I have mentioned earlier in my original post, everyone involved has since updated their browsers and Flash.

  From now on, the only solution for the problem is to go back to Firefox 40.0.2. Thanks for any help =)

  I am running Windows 10 Pro.

  There seems to be a problem of caching that affect reading - I started noticing this problem three or four days ago. Previously, I could jump through my feeds at will, go straight until the middle of the tracks or mixes of listen seconds and determine if I liked the track. Now, I can't do it on Firefox 41.0.1. The problem is simply annoying on songs that are 3 or 4 minutes in length, as I must leave "cache" maybe ten seconds before jumping. Unfortunately, the problem is a game-breaker on mixtures which, for example, are 90 minutes long. If I jump to a point directly in the middle of the combination, nothing happens. The play button alternates between the 'Play' symbol and the symbol of 'Caching' ('... "), and so audio resumes, it is glitchy and consists of different parts of the track being played at the same time.

  I've eliminated my internet connection as the source of the problem by loading on board. On the edge of 20.10240.16384, the problem does not exist. I can scroll down to any mix of 2 hours in my stream, click on the middle of it, and the audio starts right up. No caching, without stuttering or glitching.

  I drove back Flash version 18 to see if it solved the problem in Firefox, but it did not. The problem persisted, so I re-updated to Flash 19.

  I consider this problem to be solved. Several different pre-release versions of Firefox have solved the problem; I have personally used both of them that work perfectly. A representative of Bugzilla stated that the patch will be integrated into Firefox 42, which will be released on 3 November.

  Since Firefox v34, search results page is empty, 1) by clicking a link in a Google search results page and loading of the linked page, 2) Zoom on the text on the page that Google took me and then without resetting the zoom text, 3) by clicking on the arrow of Firefox 'Back' to return to Google search results.   Sorry, this seems to be a problem with the cache in memory of Firefox: when you use a high Google zoom level the (the default setting) with "instant prediction results" then Firefox pips showing again after going back page (you can see the results for a fraction of a second before they white).

  Assuming you like your zoom level and enjoy using the instant prediction results, then the solution is to disable the part of the Firefox cached in memory by changing a setting under the covers.

  (1) in a new tab, type or paste Subject: config in the address bar and press ENTER. Click on the button promising to be careful.

  (2) in the search above the list box, type or paste sess and make a pause so that the list is filtered

  (3) double-click the preference browser.sessionhistory.max_total_viewers and change the value from-1 to 0 (that's a zero).

  (Please change not all other parameters similar to 0-sounding or you can disable the ability of Firefox to save/restore your tabs and windows open).

  Then reload the page of Google results and the test.

  Fixed? (Or should I say, worked around?)

  Since Firefox 33.0, I have this glitch visual - a few random vertical lines that appear somewhere near first tab if only one tab is open. I tried different versions and it began with FF 33.0 and in all versions of 33. Now I test 34.0b7 FF and it seems that is not there. So I hope that its does not pop up when 34 goes stable.

  You will have to perhaps restart Firefox for it to take effect, so save any work first (e.g. you compose mail, documents online that you are editing, etc.).

  Then perform the following steps:

  • Click on the orange top left Firefox button, then select the 'Options' button, or, if there is no Firefox button at the top, go to tools > Options.
  • In the Firefox options window, click the Advanced tab, and then select 'General '.
  • You will find in the list of parameters, the checkbox use hardware acceleration when available . Clear this check box.
  • Now restart Firefox and see if the problems persist.

  Have you ever tried to force reboot the phone by holding down the button sleep and home for 10 seconds, until the call logo comes back again?

  You won't lose data, but it can cure a few glitches.

  Every time I post something, before preview, I try to paste the text in my box of text on the Clipboard, because I have learned from past experience that otherwise puts me at the risk of losing what I typed.

  I've seen other forums indicating problems similar to this, but I'll explain the symptoms.
  I have two problems, which I'm trying to fix.

  1. the fan on this laptop seems to turn on and off every two minutes after that the laptop worked for more than 15-20 minutes. For the first 15-20 minutes of it being turned on, fan does not at all even if I open big programs or do a lot of things on it. However, once this time has been met, the fan runs for a few seconds before turning on. The fan starts to go on every few minutes and then it starts to go on a minute or two minutes. My room is not that hot, but I guess a very slight temperature in the room change can cause this? If I move the laptop to the bathroom-way where it is much cooler, the fan seems to go with less - however, I can not use the laptop in the middle of the room-way to stop the fan going on as well. The fan comes on everytime I open programs that are not very small, for example Notepad and paint loading required but fanless open Microsoft Word, Dreamweaver, FireFox, etc. to make the fan turns on for a few seconds. The fan seems to only up to last 5 seconds usually and I don't notice it stay on long, but the fact that it has come so often annoys me. I noticed typing in Dreamweaver design view do the fan turns on whenever I type. If I type a few letters, it turns on and shuts off when I'm done typing. If I keep typing for centuries, the fan remains on until I'm done. This probbaly due the high CPU Dreamweaver uses. I use Vista and the CPU is 50%, when I type in Dreamweaver, while typing on MSN or Word of the fan does not come on and the CPU is closer to 20-30% when entering and much lower when idle. I don't think it's to do with any hardware problem but I guess its just possible. Is it possible to keep it from happening as often as it does. Settings? External cooling method?

  2. when the fan turns on and off every minute or so, I hear a glitch in the audio when I'm listening to music. I cannot hear sound when I listen to no music but all the minutes when you listen to music, I hear a light sleeping bag or a glitch in the audio for less than one second. It is very fustrating and I think that it is probably a hardware problem because my friend has the same laptop and does not know the glitch in his music. It was not the fan goes on and out often when her room is warmer than normal, but not too hot, so I guess that this laptop model or model range has sensitive fan but I am more concerned about the problem rather than the fan. I listen to music a lot on the laptop so if the problem was gone, the music could cover the fan goes on and outside most of the time, and I'd probably get used to the fan when I'm not listening to music. Glitch annoys me so much and I don't know what I have to do.

• Win 7, games and graphics glitches/display driver stops resonding

  The drivers are all to date and stuff overheating is certainly not a problem (map revolves around 52C - 56 c, lower when there is no game product). I thought it was a heat issue at the time where I got it and my dressing at the time (who curiously seems to have worked until recently) has been to increase the speed of the fan and run graphics with minimal adjustments. I checked my memory sticks, and those who seem to be good as well... both of things I tried to figure out/deal with that there is probably another thing I checked and I do not forget to mention. Any idea or ideas would be wonderful.

  Try reducing harware acceleration.

  1. open the screen resolution by clicking on the Start button, Control Panel, and then, under appearance and personalization, click on adjust the screen resolution.
  2. click on advanced settings, click the Troubleshooting tab, and then click on change settings.
  Note that some video card drivers do not allow allows you to change the settings.
  3. move the hardware acceleration slider to none to reduce or turn off video hardware acceleration.

  A few days ago, my computer acted upward and gave a Blue Screen of Death, when starting from a Youtube video. Usually, I get the BSOD just crash my computer and everything is fine after that. This time the computer froze on the home screen and then gave a BSOD again and remained in this loop. Then I tried to start the computer in safe mode to do a system restore, is the restoration of each date of this week, no luck, gave me the same results.

  The loading screen and watched welcome glitch-ey, the loading screen had vertical black lines running through it, the Welcome screen is frozen in a white checkered pattern.

• glitch that resembles a datamosh after compression in Media Encoder

  In trying to win a WMV of this video and after having made the AE lossless and then compress in Media Encoder, I get this strange glitch in the same task no matter how many times I try to redo the process with different parameters in the WMV options. It works fine if I do a MP4, for example, it seems that the problem is only with WMV files in me. Just in case, I have completely redone in AE several times and then place it through ME, but it does the same thing. It resembles a datamosh.

  MP4 are more universally acceptable than the WMV so I'd go with just one of the H.264 presets.

  If you really must have a WMV, what codec you are trying to use. There are hundreds, if not thousands of opportunities and a lot of them are really flakey...

• Lightroom 5 glitching when importing photos.

  I use Lightroom 5 for about a week without a problem. Today I went to import two photo shoots and the images come in very well until LR do a second pass and then they are all glitched.

  

  I do nothing differently with this import that I did with the previous one. Same camera, same format CR2, same lens, subject as well.

  Do not apply the presets or development parameters.

  Anyone know what is happening? It's scaring me.

  It's almost always a hardware problem. Some piece of hardware in the chain of transmission of your camera on your hard drive and memory, is bad and is corrupting your images, resulting in what you see.

  You must isolate the pieces of material inidivdual, a transfer of photos using a different piece of hardware, to see if the problem goes away.

• UT Video Codec AVCHD .mts transcoding parameters

  Howdy,

  Trying for some time to track down a problem reading of nervousness (as if executives are randomly obtained or sauteed) when you change .mts files.

  Unstable the MCCP and also after export to everything... and especially if you use Youtube and Vimeo export presets.

  VLC media player plays files from source .mts smoothly immediately map SD or HDD/SSD... most of the time, sometimes there is a hiccup, but nothing like in PP.

  Clips that make it are pretty much all of the clamps and shot is 24 frames per second, or 60 fps 1080 p panoramic.

  I've seen this now on 2 different systems with different collections of videos .mts of 2 different cameras.

  Mine is a PC (running WIN7 i7 3770 K 3.5 Ghz, 16 GB, GTX 660), and the other is a more powerful Mac with 32 GB of RAM (used to smoothly dealing with RED images).

  I came across a suggestion to Adobe to convert a UTVideo codec ( http://helpx.adobe.com/premiere-pro/kb/audio-video-glitches-avchd.html#id_49687 ) to deal with AVCHD... but it does not really give much information useful beyond the link where it could be downloaded.

  I have tried the suggestion, downloaded the codec suite, made a pre-selection in Media Encoder and converted, but he plays even more bad than does the AVCHD natively (VLC does not recognize this codec for testing)

  Does anyone have any suggestions on the best settings for transcoding video UT and/or hardware/software settings for PP smoother playback of clips .mts? I see in the forums here and elsewhere that many people have different problems, work with images of .mts in PP... I hope that there is a functional solution beyond what I tried without success:

  • read 1/4 or 1/2
  • make the sequence/timeline
  • transcoding of .mp4/DNxHD
  • clearing make files
  • optimize the ram for the use of PP
  • close all other applications
  • import the entire folder "deprived" of the SD card (that I can't get pp to recognize in any case, that it will import the individual .mts files I can say)
  • power options changed
  • Turbo boost for the i7 or disable
  • and a few other trial - errors and gleaned in the forums that I don't remember now

  Suggestions for what to try next or the appropriate parameters for the video codec UT would be GREATLY appreciated.

  I took a glance both the clip and the link.  The music video plays well in PotPlayer, but stutter a little in PP.

  The link also stuttered a bit, however, when I downloaded the video YT to my computer and who played with PotPlayer, it was fine.  Without stuttering, without skipping, even video, perfect playback.

  Then I exported clip 6 pp and looking in PotPlayer.  He played very well despite the original stuttering a bit in the sequence.

  Finally, I took all three clips to my TV and he looked at them, and all three played without problem.

  It seems that there is nothing really wrong with the media, how it is being played.  I don't know why PP and YouTube new play bad, but they do.  This is another reason why you cannot use the monitors built-in quality control.  You MUST get the video in TV correctly calibrated, even when the do delivery for the web.  This is the only way to look at a specific.

  So the question now is, how you get YT to play the video properly?  He is the player that they use, it is dependent on the browser?  You need to ask YT these questions.

• Code Inspector settings problem

  Given that I've been running Dreamweaver CS5.5, the code inspector window don't keep my settings that I select.

  They change as I select them for this work session, but when I close of Dreamweaver and re - open, I have to turn on Word Wrap, line numbers, highlight one invalid Code and syntax coloring each time.

  I tried to remove my preferences, but that did not work. I tried again a complete removal and reinstall and get the same problem.

  I've never had this problem with CS4, only when I installed 5.5.

  I found a space in the registry when these things are changed. And even tried to create my own .reg file to set these options like that. Even if you change the registry, Dreamweaver will work correctly the first time, but after that I restart the program, it goes to everything being off again.

  Does anyone else have this problem?  I Googled it every week or two and have yet to find someone on the subject.

  I'm open to any ideas to solve this problem.

  So I see this problem has been to 2012, and here it still exists as I've just loaded CS6 in 2014 and have the problem. Just in case someone else has need of a fix/workaround, so here's what I did to overcome this problem in Windows 7.

  The problem is that registry for Dreamweaver settings return to their FAKE.

  So I first set up Dreamweaver how I want the mode code to be, then quit Dreamweaver.

  Then save these good registry settings by running regedit.

  WARNING: If you are not familiar with manually editing the registry, you should know that make a mistake in the registry can seriously ruin your day.

  So proceed with caution and don't forget to back up your registry before making any changes and you should also have a full backup of the entire system drive, but that's a whole other topic).

  To start regedit, click Start > type regedit in the search box. Or you can open a command prompt and type regedit from there.

  The key is you have to run regedit as the same user who is running Dreamweaver. In other words, don't run regedit as an administrator. Because you have to change settings that will not show only the current user.

  So with Open regedit, go to [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Adobe\Dreamweaver CS6\FloaterStates]

  You should see the parameters that have the same name as Sam settings in Dreamweaver code Panel (removed Auto, line numbers, syntax coloring, etc.).

  Note their data values, TRUE and FALSE because they were put in Dreamweaver.

  So need us a .reg file with these settings, the value that we want them to be. And then we can run this .reg file to set parameters as it should before launching Dreamweaver everytime.

  I did a step more that was to create a .bat file with automatically runs this file, then launch Dreamweaver. But it opens a different shell that some people may find boring.

  But I just close and everything is fine.

  If you are interested in doing this, create the .reg file as above, then create a .bat file to launch it over Dreamweaver.
