So now it wont let me install because my operating system must be upgraded it's for quite awhile when I initially install the desktop CC application. I won't update my operating system.   You cannot extract a whole program from the Windows.old folder, it is used to recover individual files.

  You must reinstall the antivirus from the original media. Most AV programs can be downloaded from the Web

  CS6 applications are always available as part of a creative cloud membership. Yet is installed in first install Premiere Pro CS6, which includes Encore CS6.

  OK, here's my question...

  I own CS6 Design and Web Premium, that came with Photoshop Extended. I love that you regularly use the 3D features. When I joined the creative cloud, most of the Design and Web Premium applications that presented themselves as installed, but Photoshop always had an install button.

  Am I miss out on the new features of 13.1 Installing NOT the CC version? What is the extended version with 3D capabilities?

  There is a problem known to the Adobe Application Manager (AAM) not always show an application as installed if it was not installed using the creative cloud.

  If you activate Photoshop using a perpetual license (serial number) instead of activate using the Adobe ID associated with your subscription creative cloud, then Yes you will miss out on updates of Member-only creative cloud service. You can disable it in the Help menu > disable, then restarts, choose the license for the software and login with your Adobe ID

  The version of Photoshop included with the creative cloud is the extended version with 3D capabilities.

  To my knowledge there are currently versions of Creative Suite CS6 products access only if you have a full subscription to cloud.  I don't know no/think they will offer access to all others.  If older versions become available as part of a subscription cloud so they would be downloaded through the cloud interface just as CS6 versions are now.
