    Hi Pavle,

The installer for Acrobat is different from the rest Cloud Creative applications that is why when you create a package by using Creative Cloud Packager, there are two folders created:-

    (1) build-->> all upward for all Applications of Cloud Creative except Acrobat.

    (2) exceptions-->> Contains for Acrobat and the Muse.

You will need to install Acrobat first through the Exceptions folder. Select the option to install as a trial or a subscription.

Then install the creative rest of Cloud applications through generation file, it will install the applications and your copy of Acrobat license also.

    I hope this helps!

    Thank you

  • Error 1935 when installing Acrobat Pro XI

This happens within our company on all machines. Initially, I tried with 11.0.16 and now with the latest patch. It worked for years until the beginning of this week and now he failed at least 50 machines. Also, on some machines I've known, worked previously, was installed a version of Acrobat Pro (updated 13) suddenly is no longer. My guess is Symantec (they broke Firefox over the weekend) or a patch from Microsoft, although no patches were released over the weekend in our environment. Everyone knows this?

Figured it out! There is a MS update stuck there. I followed the advice here and it has cleared up.

I tried to reinstall the original Visual C++ files and they with a similar error. In the text search, I came across the site I linked above.

Thank you very much for the help.

  • Impossible to install Acrobat Pro XI on Mac

Hello, I've recently upgraded from Acrobat Pro 9 to XI (Mac version) and failed to install.

When I first installed Acrobat Pro version 9, I was running an earlier version of Mac OS X (I think it's Snow Leopard), but since then have updated my OS periodically and now spin El Capitan 10.11.5. Recently, I bought a license for Acrobat Pro XI and been affected by errors. Before attempting installation, I uninstalled my machine using the uninstall program Adobe version 9.

After the first failure, I found I was able to launch Acrobat Pro, but not all the features worked.

I have ran the Adobe Unistaller, rebooted, tried installing again, had the same fault message and once again found I could launch Acrobat Pro, but did not have all the features

Yet once, I ran Adobe Unistaller, rebooted, this time in the recovery Partition where I ran disk utility and performed first aid on Macintosh HD, as well as on the physical disk. I can't say that that first aid is no. In earlier versions of Mac OS X, disk utility included functions such as the Partition of repair, repair disk permissions, etc., but now all these functions are missing and replaced with a single function called first aid.

After that, I rebooted into OS X, again ran the installer, once again got an installation message failed.

What can I do now? Is there that a saved Setup log file somewhere that I can read and publish? Is there any other information that I can provide to shoot evil?

My computer is a MacBook Pro 13 "mid-2009 with 8 GB of RAM.

    Hi davidb66287241,

I apologize for the inconvenience caused to you.

You can try to install Acrobat using root user, visit this user account activation link root Mac: activation and using the user 'root' on OS X - Apple support

Also, try to delete this file: /Library/Preferences/com.adobe.PDFAdminSettings.plist and try to install Acrobat XI as a root user.

    Let me know the results.

    Thank you

  • Error installing Acrobat DC on Mac

I'm on OS 10.11.2 tries to install Acrobat DC. I get the same error again and again, I tried everything, including the complete uninstall of CC of applications and the Director, ran to the CC cleaning tool, ran diskwarrior, repaired permissions, stop all processes in the activity monitor, and then tried to install an image disk of my cpu of XI, error, and then CC 2015 , error, then tried a complete reinstallation of the new CC app handler, and nothing worked. The thing is I can download other applications very well, it's just the Acrobat who keeps failing, all versions. I let it go, it's the below error. I saw the post about exit Code errors and it was no help either. Any help is appreciated, you wonder at this point if I have to reinstall my OS Mac, possibly with a clean after saving installation.

ERROR: DW050: the following payload errors were found during the installation:

    ERROR: DW050:-Acrobat Professional: installation failed

This problem has been resolved by Adobe Live Chat Support after several tests.  Finally, here's what worked:

    1. the rest of the CS6 had been installed successfully; only Acrobat failed to install.  So the person I had to install (BUT NOT LAUNCH), a trial version of Acrobat stand-alone (we did it by going in CS6 > payloads > Acrobat (1 folder) on the installation DVD and start the setup.exe file).

    2. then, I launched Photoshop of the CS6 recently installed (no doubt so that CS6 would acknowledge that he had a valid serial number).

    3. then I launched the version 'trial' of Acrobat, which has been recognized by CS6 as part of the record of the valid serial number and so was no longer a "demo".

This has been stalled me for a few weeks so it's great to have solved it.  Hope this helps others.
