  This is a "feature". In Sys Prefs, you can choose between the store and known to the developers.   Unfortunately, this is not a feature available on any Android device that does not have root access.

  There are methods available, but most require rooting the device, or by using the APKs HP could not support or encourage.

  I could solve this problem by resetting the phone app to device information.

  If you have this problem, click the reset Options button and choose Delete Apps & data. This will reset your phone and hopefully solve the problem.
