  I have two applications (HP Printer Control and Fotor) giving me the error 0 x 80080207 when I try to install.  He looked after that I had a very slow connection on a 3g wireless hotspot when I tried to install these applications.  I am now back a good internet connection fast and always impossible to install these two applications.  I tried all the steps listed in similar issues such as the resolution of the problems of running application and reset the cache store.  I can install any other application from the store with the exception of these two that seem stuck in a corrupt State.  How can I get these installed?  The windows store should be able to recover on its own of bad internet connections or legs of connection during a download and install. This type of error on a new machine is unacceptable.

  I see that you can use is no longer touch ID for purchases in the App Store or iTunes. I use Touch ID all the time in these applications, so I know how useful this feature is. I have a few things I want to try.

  First of all, please use ID use on iPhone and iPad Touch and make sure Touch ID is set up exactly how it is in this article, in particular, this section:
  
  

  Manage your ID Touch settings

  Go to settings > Touch ID & password to manage these settings:

  • Turn Touch ID active or disabled for access code, iTunes and App Store or Apple pay.
  • Register up to five fingerprints. Each new copy could do fingerprint recognition take a little longer.
  • Tap on a fingerprint to rename it to.
  • Swipe to delete a fingerprint.
  • A trace in the list by pressing the Home button. Corresponding printing in the list is highlighted briefly.
