Install applications from the creative cloud Panel blocks Windows 10
Hello world
I recently did a clean install of Windows 10 and can not get and Adobe for working software.
Creative cloud is installed and works very well from what I see.
When you ask to install an app, it will download the entire program, but the entire computer freezes when he goes to retrieve it.
I'm on Windows 10 (64-bit), AMD HD7970 GPU with 15.7.1 drivers.
I can't work on how to solve this problem. Any ideas? I need to work!

I found a post from another guy who had the same problem in January, and he has worked it's shock wave breaking installation.
I've installed shockwave separately first, restarted the computer, and then installed very well since creative cloud Panel applications.

Delete the file OPM.db and reconnection in the desktop application of creative cloud using the Adobe ID associated with your subscription.

\Library\Application Support\Adobe\OOBE folder. To access the hidden user library folder, see library user access hidden files. Mac OS 10.7 Lion. - Windows: You can locate the file OPM.db in the \Users\

Impossible to download and install programs from the creative clouds
I am unable to install new programs or even updated already installed creative cloud. I always ask me to put my username and password. That will not be accepted. Even if I'm already connected!

My quick fix 2 years ago (However, I think that Adobe offers software called AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool.exe [https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html] tool that automatically makes something similar - still don't know why we users have to jump through 10 different hoops to fix something it didn't break up in the first place, lol)
From 2014:
Spoke to the engineer online and he had me remove 1 file, restarted the program CC and it let me log in, a problem fixed.
In your c:\users\(your \appdata\local\adobe\oobe\ folder user name), I have deleted the opm.db file and restarted program CC and corrected a problem.
My question was connecting and immedatiately to be told "You have been disconnected" msg with the CC program for my Windows 7 computer. Not sure if this fix works for everyone, so make a backup of the file before deleting!

Install applications in the creative cloud
I downloaded creative cloud but am unable to download apps Illustrator or Photoshop. I already downloaded the free trial version, and then uninstalled both of these applications, but now that I bought creative cloud I'm unable to re - install them or open them.
How can I solve this?

I realized that I had a message to update for a while then when I checked, I found that the app CC was missing. I downloaded and installed the application, but it will not update of software. In the creative cloud Panel, the only options I get are the Home tab to check the activity and the Stock tab. The applications tab is missing. How can I get that back so I can update photoshop and lightroom?

When we try to install all applications on the Cloud Office it crashes at 90%. If we run the application it works. If we try to update the application from the desktop cloud it hangs at 50%. We have already reconfigured MAC and re-installed the application of desktop application and cloud several times. The OS is Yosemite.

I installed the latest version of Photoshop from the creative clouds and my tool work started weird type, whenever I try to use the text tool to correct a paragraph in a the entire layer leyer turns black and I don't see what I'm doing. Also, the entire workspace is greater and the tools of icons so that they does not fit in the screen... Any body can help?
If your running windows make sure you have the latest device driver for your graphics card installed. All entries must be selected and be on a black background, but you should be able to see is that the text.

Cannot find my programs from the creative cloud on my mac
I can't find my programs from the creative cloud on my mac. When I search, they are not. But I can open some of them through the icons in the dock. Unfortunately, not all programs have an icon in my dock. The program that I need right now for example, I can not open because it is not in the dock.
You can try to hold down the command key clicking and now on the icon in the dock and under "options" select "show in Finder". This will show you where one of your Adobe applications. The others will be perhaps in the same place?

Hi Chandub,
This may indicate that the creative application cloud does not completely load, or does not have sufficient user rights to complete loading.
Are you on Windows or Mac? If you are on Windows, you can try to run the application using the right-click Run as administrator, if you are on Mac see if the same behavior from a newly created admin account.
There is also an option with the tool Adobe Cleaner to remove all the information Adobe ID, option 10.
Use the CC cleaning tool to resolve installation problems. CC, CS3 - CS6

On a mac after starting photoshop cc you can go to the docking station, just right-click on the icon for photoshop cc, click Options, and click on keep in Dock, which will place a shortcut to photoshop cc in the dock.
Under windows, you can click with the right button on the shortcut of cc of photoshop in all programs and choose send to > desktop (create shortcut)

Please go the Edit option in the library Module, then go in the preferences.
Go to the performance tab and uncheck the option "use graphics processor.
Restart lightroom, and see if Lightroom works.
