  Okay, well in that case there are two things you can try.

  1) click this software license > don't hit your Adobe id and then enter the Adobe ID code once more.

  or

  (2) check the host for all Enteries Adobe file. Location of the file from the East

  Win: C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc

  Mac: Go > go to folder > / Etc

  CC subscription allows you to have two machines with active facilities (signed-in), so if you have a laptop computer that you also want to have the software available on you can do it.  You can actually have the software CC on as many machines have you who meets the requirements... the limit of two is how much you can have signed both in.

  You can turn off the product from the old machine and that you can reinstall it on the new machine.

  You can deactivate your installation by opening one of the programs, such as Photoshop CC and by choosing Help > logout [email address].

  You can load the creative cloud on two computers, as long as you use it on one at a time.

  Download and install it as you did on the first computer:

  Sign in to your Adobe account on the Adobe using your Adobe ID website, download the Cloud app and then download the software.
