  Alex Romano that I'm sorry for the confusion, but you can remove all entries related to Adobe in your host file.  For example the entries in your current host file is causing any request to ereg.adobe.com 127.0.0.1 is the address of the server to your computer/localhost.  These entries are preventing your membership from being authorized.

  Okay, well in that case there are two things you can try.

  1) click this software license > don't hit your Adobe id and then enter the Adobe ID code once more.

  or

  (2) check the host for all Enteries Adobe file. Location of the file from the East

  Win: C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc

  Mac: Go > go to folder > / Etc

  You can turn off the product from the old machine and that you can reinstall it on the new machine.

  You can deactivate your installation by opening one of the programs, such as Photoshop CC and by choosing Help > logout [email address].

  Download and install it as you did on the first computer:

  Sign in to your Adobe account on the Adobe using your Adobe ID website, download the Cloud app and then download the software.
