  It's impossible. LR is a non-destructive editor and photo management. For her to not see images of the files would make it one of the worst of these programs tyupes.

  So there is a parameter that you have screwed up in the import dialog window that prevents your DNG, TIFF, JPG, PSD, PNG, CMYK and film formats appear in the import window.

It is clearly linked to the fact that 'USER-A', which was the only user with read and write permissions is most noted on the iMac. When you attempt to change the user permissions, I get the same error 8076. Y at - it any resolution known to do this? I may have a time machine backup when 'USER-A' was still on the iMac.

  Hello. I uninstalled CS5.5 due to a bug in Illustrator, then reinstalled, without problem. But then Adobe refuses to activate - error code #1219:17. My CS5.5 is installed on this computer. Problem could be to do with the Adobe ID. I changed my address since original install so maybe Adobe think that someone else is trying to use my copy of CS5.5. Could not find a way to contact Adobe to address this issue.
