Install floods by Flaming Pear in EPS 11
I try to install floods in PES 11 on my mac. He said to drop the file in my plug-in folder. But when I go to Applications > Adobe Photoshop elements 11 there is no plug-ins folder. There is a folder named "Support files" and a plug-in folder there. So I put the file in there, but it still does not appear in my editor under filters. It does not appear in the category 'other', no more. Where am I supposed to put this file so that the Editor recognizes?
I had an earlier version to flood the new 1.65 1.64 installed and tried and
has obtained the same results as you.
It seems that whoever is posted for download is a plugin for 64-bit only
Meaning that it only works in the 64-bit version of photoshop elements, such as the PES 12 on Mac.
You should probably contact Flaming Pear to see what is happening, maybe it's just a matter of posting the wrong download, but the other plugins that looks as well for macs anyway, so I don't know.

Question filters Mac (Flaming Pear - Eye Candy)
Have CS5.5 and CS6 on my new MacMini (Core i5 2.5 gHz - 8 GB RAM). I tried several times to install filters Flaming pear, but they do not show in the list of filters in each generation. The plugin files seem to be correct, and I am placing them in the appropriate directory. (/ Applications/Adobe/Phtotshop/Plugins/filters). Eye Candy moved very well and works once but then fails saying my license is not valid. I'm working with AlienSkin, but does anyone have advice for Flaming Pear sets?
With a RAM upgrade next week substabntial I'll use CS5.5 in Windows 7 via Parallels Desktop. Because I KNOW that my plugins work with Windows PS I will continue to use them there and I can just drag them to where I need when I'm done.

How to create water ripple effect?
Hello
I tried a lot of different tutorials on how to create a ripple effect of water, similar to the picture attached to this post. However, none of them came close to what I want. Redfield offers a free plugin for Photoshop (Windows), but unfortunately, she also don't give me the same result desired thin, slight undulations.
Does anyone know a good tutorial / plugin / program that might be useful to me? Thank you!
You might want to try the plugin 'Flood' of Flaming Pear", it gives good control of the waves, ripples, etc. and will easily create what is shown in your attachment.

I can't find how to install my filters/plug-ins into Photoshop CC
If it is at all possible, I suspect you would need to install the 32-bit version of CS6 from previous Versions in the Manager Application, and with the help of Google and wind, you _might_ manage. There was reference to Kai Power Tools in this forum not long there, so it might be doable. I was always surprised me that nobody did equivalent plug-ins to work with current Photoshop versions, as the tools of KP had very cool effects and there were so many of them. The closest I can think of, are the Flaming Pear plugins.

Is it possible to install a 3rd party (e.g. Flaming Pear) filters previously installed in older versions of PS Elements? I tried to drop the .8bf files in the plugin folder with the rest of the filters but PS 14 items don't show them on the menu drop down.
What version of windows are you using?
It is possible that your flaming pear filters are 32-bit versions and pse 14 requires 64-bit if your using a 64-bit version of windows.
You can download the latest versions of filters Flaming Pear from here and your back issues of the series should work if necessary.

Equirectangular distortion?
I create an interactive visual element by using the panoramic feature 360 of facebook, the problem that I am running is extreme distortion that happens at the poles when the picture turns into a 3-d element. I need to overlay information on a globe (which is an equidistant cylindrical projection) and to take into account the distortion. Essentially, I need to recreate the same effect that a panoramic image 360 sewn together.
I've read articles much, much, much, but that you have not found a way to take something I designed flat in Illustrator, then apply a distortion so that when it is wrapped it appears without distortion. ( How you calculate the equidistant cylindrical Projection distort?-Geographic Information Systems stack Exchange )
It's the distortion that I need to create. Facebook automatically recognizes a panoramic picture 360 flat (with the right metadata) and creates a projection equirectagular (view from the inside of the sphere).
Another example of distortion equirectangular.
Yet once, how can I reproduce this distortion on something that I've designed so we can overlay a 360 card which is equirectangular?
There is a Flaming Pear called Felxify plugin that is designed to do this kind of thing: Flexify 2 - Flaming Pear Software .

Hi all
I have a problem with installing OCI8 and I would be grateful if you could kindly guide me how to solve this problem.
I started to read the following articles to find out how to install the package OCI8 to install between PHP and oracle
http://www.php.net/manual/en/oci8.installation.php
http://www.Oracle.com/technetwork/articles/TechNote-PHP-instant-084410.html
Here is my description of the environment
Just a detail: almost every documentation begins by explaining the instant client installation. However, on the same physical machine, before you even install Apache and PHP. Oracle server was completely installed, i.e. both server and client (SQL * Plus, SQL * Loader,...). Accordingly, I have omitted this step in the documentation and I continued by measured install OCI8 and apparently everything has been compiled successfully (no error message).OS: Fedora Core 17 (X86_64) Oracle version: Oracle Enterprise Edition 11gR2 (11.2.0.1.0) X86_64 PHP Version: 5.4.13 Apache version: 2.2.23
Problem: OCI8 does not appear in the phpinfo() function
This suggests that there is a problem. I'll write exactly how I did and I would be grateful if you could well want to take a look at these steps and say if I made errors
I started by running as ROOT. As I said the oracle server has already been installed on the machine and therefore all environment variables required as LD_LIBRARY_PATH ORACLE_SID,... have already been defined in ~/.bash_profile
And if you look at the output below, you can see that for example ORACLE_HOME is detected automatically during the installation (* check Oracle ORACLE_HOME install directory... u01/app/oracle/product/11.2.0/db_1*)
It gave me the following result# pecl install oci8
Once installed OCI8 I've updated the */etc/php.ini* accordingly, by adding the following entries# pecl install oci8 downloading oci8-1.4.9.tgz ... So I seem really what is the problem and the strangest thing is that, in the command line PHP seems to detect my oracle server settings.
I thought that maybe there are several different php.ini and one used in GUI is not the same used in CLI but research has shown that there is only a single php.ini file$ php --ri oci8 oci8 OCI8 Support => enabled Version => 1.4.9 Revision => $Id: e2241cffb72c940cb2ca267b7a6a0ce436de7e5e $ Active Persistent Connections => 0 Active Connections => 0 Oracle Run-time Client Library Version => 11.2.0.1.0 Oracle Version => 11.2 Compile-time ORACLE_HOME => /u01/app/oracle/product/11.2.0/db_1 Libraries Used => -Wl,-rpath,/u01/app/oracle/product/11.2.0/db_1/lib -L/u01/app/oracle/product/11.2.0/db_1/lib -lclntsh Temporary Lob support => enabled Collections support => enabled Directive => Local Value => Master Value oci8.max_persistent => -1 => -1 oci8.persistent_timeout => -1 => -1 oci8.ping_interval => 60 => 60 oci8.privileged_connect => Off => Off oci8.statement_cache_size => 20 => 20 oci8.default_prefetch => 100 => 100 oci8.old_oci_close_semantics => Off => Off oci8.connection_class => no value => no value oci8.events => Off => Off $
It's almost 3 days I'm Googling to find a solution to this problem without success.# locate php.ini /etc/php.ini # # # php -i | grep Configuration Configuration File (php.ini) Path => /etc Loaded Configuration File => /etc/php.ini Configuration #
So, could someone help me, what is the problem? Why the OCI8 module cannot be loaded by PHP and become visible in the output of the phpinfo() function?
Thanks in advance,
Kind regards
DariyooshSince you say that the PHP command line is OK, I'm sure the problem comes from the Apache environment variables set.
The last time I saw a similar problem, it was because I forgot to use "export". It was on Oracle Linux, equivalent to RHEL.I can't explain a couple of your most recent results, for example what you're seeing when using 'export' in/etc/sysconfig/httpd.
Try to disable SELinux. On Oracle Linux would change/etc/selinux/config, SELINUX set to DISABLED and reboot. See also the setenforce command.
About starting Apache, you must use apachectl start or /etc/init.d/httpd only if you set environment variables in your shell terminal and you want those to go down to Apache. If you look at the script of shell/sbin/service (Linux, Oracle), you can see that it works 'env-i' to start with a vacuum environment. If the environment values that you set in the terminal shell would be ignored. That's why they should be added to/etc/sysconfig/httpd when using 'service '.
Oh, and don't forget to give the permissions for the owner of the process Apache to read the Oracle libraries and other data files in u01/app/oracle/product/11.2.0/db_1. After a new installation of DB I always change the permissions on the ~ 700 to 755 oracle directory. See 'frequently observed connection and environment errors.

Fluid there is the push pixels tool with which I can somehow do it manually. But I hope that there is a better (read: automatic) way...?

Constantly flooded with pop up / phishing scam messages!
Hi, I was wondering if someone could help. For the past 2 weeks I've been flooded with boring jump - rises from the constant / phishing scams "congratulations you have won..." "on my iPhone and an iPad 2! It has gotten to the point now where I can't use any of these devices! as soon as I use safari, google chrome, most apps for example BBC News, BBC sport, etc... It automatically goes to the prize / competition messages and can't click on them. I was not on all questionable websites, just news and sports that I used for years, starting by it seemed to be only BBC sport app but then quickly spread to all! It seems also occur just after I did the last software update, do not know if this is related to the problem?
So far, I have:
- Removed from web history (several times)
- Completely erased and reset all devices and set up as a new iPad / iPhone.
- Created a new Apple ID, incase it was related to my original account.
- Make sure blocker made in the settings.
- Been in the apple store for help twice, they just did what I had already done. He seemed to disappear when in the Apple store, but as soon as I got home n used them once again, he was back!
- I tried installing apps blocker, but they did not work, and most are not comparable with iPads.
- Messaged Apple on the Live Chat, but they did not help, just what I had already done before.
I'm completely lost what to do next.
If anyone has any suggestions on how to get rid of these horrible annoying messages / pop - ups, I would be very grateful.
Thank you

25 Firefox is unable to read the configuration file on new install
I try to install Firefox 25.0 on a XP - SP3 machine and receive the error "failed to read the Configuration file. Please contact your system administrator. I use a file to mozilla.cfg that I created and that you have applied to previous versions. The mozillia.cfg file has entries Pref lock, which are formatted as follows:
lockPref ("Network.protocol - handler.external.shell", false);
I have read discussions on various forums and the recommended fix seems to be a "clean reinstall. This machine has never installed Firefox, so a clean reinstall is not an option.
As noted by one side this version of Firefox will be not to read the config on any OS file I tried Win7 or XP, I did a clean reinstall on both of these machines with the same results.
I appreciate your help with this.
If it helps, here is the content of my mozilla.cfg and local - settings.js.

How floods work in switch. How to learn mac address when it is initially connected to the networking and floods operation
Hi Anand,Thanks for posting in the Microsoft Community.I imagine the inconvenience that you are experiencing.
To help you suggest several steps to solve the problem, I would appreciate if you could answer the following questions:1. what operating system is installed on your computer?2. is the computer connected to the domain network? What version of the operating system Windows am I running? :
http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows7/help/which-version-of-the-Windows-operating-system-am-i-runningFlood of property intellectual is a type of denial of Service attack in which the victim or the system is flooded with information, using all available bandwidth, thereby preventing legitimate users access.A MAC (Media Access Control address) is a unique number that is mainly associated with a network card in a machine; It is a convenient way to make a distinction between two different computers. A MAC address consists of 48 bits, usually represented by a string of 12 hexadecimal digits (0-9, a-f, or A-F); they are often grouped in pairs, separated by semicolons or hyphens. For example, the MAC address 001B638445E6 can be given as 00: 1B: 63:84:45:e6 or 00-1B-63-84-45-E6.
