When I type restart to install the update, I get a window saying that Firefox wants to install a "new tool of assistance" and that I need to enter an admin password to complete the update.   This shows the target PROD already exists in the repository.

  Remove it from the repo as well.

  SQL > exec mgmt_admin.delete_target ('targetname', 'targettype');

  Example:

  SQL > exec mgmt_admin.delete_target ('PROD', 'oracle_database');

  Once it is erased re add again the target. And it goes great with any questions.
