  After masking the update sought KB3104002 updates and it found an another KB3100773 same as KB3104002 *. IE 11 updates and it failed. Ran SFC/scannow received the following Windows resource protection could not perform the requested operation. Run chkdsk/r, recovering orphaned files.   If the installation program itself fails to open and run. Download it again maybe your current download is corrupted. Also, what OS you are using and you are an administrator with permission to install.

  Thanks for posting. Hold Left Shift and right click on the installer of catalyst and select "run as". From there, you can select administrator. Set the local administrator password and it should install without any problems.

  According to the description of the problem you encounter a problem with the sound on your computer that you have accidentally uninstalled the audio drivers. You may experience this problem if the audio device as the default for internal speaker is not set correctly or the drivers are not compatible with Windows 8. I suggest you follow these methods and see if it helps:

  Method 1:

  Check if the default audio device is properly defined. Follow these steps:

  1. Windows key + X, click Control Panel, click hardware and soundand then click sound.
  2. Read tab. Make sure that the correct default audio device is selected. (For most users, the default audio device is pregnant.)
  3. Read tab, select the appropriate device, click Properties, click the Advanced tab and make sure that the default Format is set to the value you expect. When you are finished, click OK.
  4. Read tab, select the playback device, click set upand make sure that the configurations are set correctly.

  If the sound settings are set correctly and that your speakers are already set as default device, go to "Check if an audio driver is installed" now.

  It's really weird.   It seems that your directory where this example had permissions writable for data sets could be written here that chagned to authorization and MWO is let you know there is no write permission.    I see two options.

  1. go in this directory where this example and remove all folders of data sets that see you.  Avoid all in the expedition of AWRDE examples folder.

  2. save the project in another place where you do not have write access and then it should work.
