  2. what happens when you try to start the computer?

   

  You must have the DVD drive to start the computer using the disk, you cannot use the external hard drive to do the same thing.

  Also I suggest you to make sure you have defined the start as CD/DVD-Rom as the first choice option in the BIOS. See below the help link-

  On page 3, it shows that the Intel models have only a slot of memory. I think it's probably true for the lower end of Intel models and yours is an i5 so I think that yours has 2 slots memory I can't find documentation so you be sure had better assume she's a.   Hi, first of all the machine description

  OS: Win7 Pro 64 bit Original and new
  MB: ASUS P7H57D-V EVO
  Processor: Intel Core i7 860
  RAM: 4 x 2 GB Corsair XMS3 CMX4GX3M2A1600C9
  Graphics: Ati Radeon HD5670
  HARD drive: 2 x WD GP 1 TB - 1 x Seagate 1 TB

  Problem: a bit long to explain...
  I first tried to install the OS on a RAID1, so initially I set raid in the bios with the 2 WD1Tb, then I created the table and I started the installation.
  WIN DVD it recognises the table, it starts installing, it made the first reboot, when is close to finishing it gives an error that cannot complete the installation. I spent 10 days trying to solve the problem without result.
  So I decided to work around the problem, I installed the operating system on a single hard drive, then I cloned the HDD for the RAID1.
  Everything seems to go well but... Update Windows and MSN Messenger will not connect, as having a problem of equality SID.
  If I clone the installation of work, everything works on a different disk included WIN UPDATE and Messenger.
  Cloned on the table, right.
  The table is correctly recognized by WIN7, I downloaded the latest drivers from the Asus MB site, but the problem remains

  Go into the BIOS, use the tab of the System Configuration.

  Enable Legacy Support.

  Plug the USB key into one of the usb ports.

  Press the F10 key to save the changes and exit.

  Now, press the F9 key to select the first boot option.

  You should see the USB key as one of the options if it is in fact a bootable flash drive.

  You run Microsoft Works, MS Money and another program, you need to install normally leave the DVD or a program file that you download from a source of retail on the internet.   Try installing a new HP8600 ProPlus.  I configured the wireless to the printer, and it is connected to my wireless network, has an IP address and an intense sound signal.  When I try to add this printer to my laptop (I tried now many laptops), it can not find.

  I uninstalled the driver software and downloaded from the HP website - reinstalled, etc..  I rolled power the printer itself.

  I see a lot of posts on this problem, but you see not all the good answers.

  I worked today with HP technical support.  We ended up having to change the channel on my router 1 to 11.  Once we did that, I was able to connect to the printer.  Once this is done, I was also able to connect from my iPohone via AirPrint.

  Sorry guys.  I'll put up a new iMac.  My discs program icons appeared not on the desktop.  I just had to go to the preferences in the Finder and select the check boxes of the icons on my desktop.  Only ever got to understand this.  I feel so dumb!  Thanks for trying to help me.
