  Windows:

  (1) open the c: drive and navigate to C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\Adobe.

  Open the Adobe folder and delete folders named Adobe Application Manager and OOBE.

  2) navigate to C:\Program Files (x 86) \Adobe.

  Open the Adobe folder and if necessary remove Adobe Creative Cloud folder.

  Then try to install the creative cloud application: https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud

  Mac:

  1) click on the Finder and search options listed next to icon located Apple in the upper left of the screen and click on the "Go" menu button and select 'utilities '.

  During the last week, I had 3 systems of Windows XP with SP3 & IE8 installed for service & and/or repairs. Update of Microsoft in the last week has been remove IE8 only to install IE8 again. Anyone can shed some light on why?

  (2) IE8 was downloaded Microsoft as an installation for XP 32 bit offline.

  (3) IE8 has been properly installed on all occasions.

  (4) Microsoft update removes installed IE8 then causes other updates to fail, restart the PC and then to reinstall IE8.

  (5) frustrating - so I do not install IE8 at this stage - allow update of Microsoft to provide the service.

  I have windows vista service pack 2.  Windows Update is set to auto update.  The update for ms-works 9 will not install.  I searched the online help but nothing useful.  At least I know that there are others with the same problem.  Hope you can find a fix for this problem... Thank you

  Hi serge, please press windows key + r and open: %APPDATA%\microsoft\windows\sendto - should open an Explorer window. in there, rename the folder "Mozilla" to something like "Mozilla.old" and try to restart firefox again.
