  I have an AIO C7280 printer that is connected wireless to my router.  I have a pc (Vista) cable and a laptop wireless (XP) connected to the router as well.  I have no impression of question from the pc.  However, when I try to install the driver on the laptop I get an error just after that he asked me if it's a USB drive or a network printer.  I chose the network and the error appears saying "the specified service does not exist as an installed service.  I ping the printer from the laptop so I know it can 'see '.  I don't know what to do.  I have uninstalled/reinstalled several times without success.  Can anyone help?

  The service that the error message refers is the HP network devices support service. Try this...

  Open the contents of the installation CD, and then open the file "setup." Now you will find either a folder named 'netdevicemanager' or simply 'network '. Open if it is present. Now there should be a file with the same name as the file, but with extension .msi. Right-click on this file and click on uninstall.   I just bought CC full suite, successful download Photoshop barely turn off CC Manager. It took like an hour to download. Really slow - slower than dial-up speeds.   Hi Jeff! I was able to discuss with representatives of Adobe (in the chat and via Twitter, interestingly). It turns out that errors I received was related to the Microsoft. They helped me step by step to activate certain Windows services that blocked the full installation. Is there a page for it? I didn't have to do something to really fancy, simply go to 'Start' and Services two processes. It was indeed disabled, the other was not running but set on manual.

  My first time trying to use the converter. Use the latest version of the Converter 4.3.0 to try a P2V by using the source computer. This is a laptop Dell D820 running Windows 7 Ultimate x 64 business. I chose the source machine and all the default settings. Destination product is VMware Workstation 7.x and target files are either local or to a port USB drive (tried both). In the last step, I get a yellow bar with the error "the specified parameter was not correct" "but the following quotes are empty and presume it suppose to say the name of the setting.» The only thing I see that is suspect is that if I click on change in section 'Data copy', the list of volumes and empty and assume that shouldn't be. The sample video to get advice on the use of converter on VMware support sites show a volume listed here. I tried the same approach on a completely different system under Vista SP2 and still no volumes appear so maybe it normal?

  I had the same problem on a Win7 x 64 machine... There was no listed disk to convert.

  I managed to solve the problem by running the converter as an administrator. Right-click on the Desktop Converter icon and select run as administrator.

  I'm not sure why you're having the problem, but a quick fix is to create a new machine virtual just how you want with no disc, then join the VMDK virtual machine files that usually start.  The fire and see if it works.  It should be fine.  If so, you have some cleanup to do to get all the files in the same directory for the new virtual machine and removing the old VM.  Just pay attention do not remove your VMDK files!
