Installation of Adobe CS5 disassociates .indd CS4 files in InDesign

After you have installed Adobe CS5 on my Vista Business, the .indd files created with CS4 machine becomes dissociated from InDesign. (By double-clicking the file receives a message "which program should I use?".) I tried to redo the association by assigning InDesign as program by default for the .indd files, but Windows will not accept InDesign CS5 a program to select. Files can be openedfrom InDesign, so this isn't a call to 911, but it is really useful to be able to double-click on the files.
