  Building a new PC and when I went to install CS5 on the new HARD drive, I found that I only have my CS3 CD.  In short, I lost them and I would like to know if there is a way to get the replacement CD?

  I have my SN and everything I need here, but not the physical copies and back into CS3... is painful (I have this installed on a laptop at the moment)

  Try to buy Adobe software off of eBay or similar sites/vendors is not allowed is extremely risky and not a good idea...  A few years ago Adobe has ceased to recognize these valid purchases because of all the false elements

• Passing of CS5 Production Premium retail CS5 trial

  Please forgive the n00bish question, but having never used a trial version before Adobe, I'm slightly confused about the following:

  I installed the PPro CS5 trial and started tinkering with a few projects to see if I need to bite the upgrade now. Like many of you, I decided it was worth the upgrade, even on my aging material. Currently, by Production Premium CS5 upgrade is the responsibility of the Fedex man, so I look forward to the transformation of the test of the registered version.

  With Premiere Pro only, it seems to be just a matter of entering your serial number to unlock the version saved... but what from the body to the full suite? Do I need to blow the trial and install the suite, or I can install it on top of the trial and everything will be fine? In a perfect scenario, I just wipe my hard drive and start over with a fresh install of the OS and all of the programs, but I learned to hit the ground - in fact busy running!

  I just installed the Production Premium CS6 - I received an error message at the end (see below) that prelude cannot install - all the other apps installed ok

  Can someone help or direct me to where I should ask this question

• Getting ERROR during installation of ore - "ERROR: session later ORE is already installed.

  I try to install the server version of ore in my laptop Windows 7 OS. I get the above error. I had already installed AT once. But had to redo everything because I had installed the version R12 database.

  After you have installed the correct version of the database, I get this error when you try to install Ore.

  I checked the list of installed products and am not able to find anything. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

  This error indicates a newer version of Oracle Enterprise R is already installed. Try the first ore Server uninstall using the uninstall.bat script that corresponds to the existing version.  Then reinstall the ore using the install.bat script.

  I bought this suite and electronically downloaded and used the series gave me a few years ago. I have a newer computer that I am trying to transfer the rest to. I didn't have Photoshop CS4 installed on my laptop older (I not need other programs of the suite). I've disabled the program and tried to reinstall Photoshop CS4 on my new laptop, but when I used the original serial number given to me, it has not been accepted. Then I went to download the entire suite I had done initially from here: https://adobe.subscribenet.com

  I downloaded everything but can't completely installing the suite.

  Thank you. I just thought of it. I forgot decompress all files before starting the installation. Serial number worked this time as well.

  just want to know if someone who's updated win 7 (pro) to win 10 has known problems with one of these collections of cs, for example. record, etc.,?

  2 laptops 'old' (without any graphics but many other applications), I upgraded takes too long, but went completely painless and are now much more keen to use in all respects. Unfortunately I just don't have either the time or inclination to clean installs on my work pc...

  Don't have CS5 but CS6 works great on laptops and PCs after upgrade to Windows 10 pro, no problem at all!

  A strange - after CC recently updated if it does not display the apps I had installed:

I have Adobe Production Premium CS6 and seems to me remmeber Speedgrade installation long before, long enough to tinker with and decide that I really wanted to, so I uninstalled.  Now, I think I really need, but I can't find how to reinstall, it does not appear in my applications, only the trial for CC Speedgrade, but Im sure speedgrade cs6 was delivered in my Production Premium?

  When you go to activate CS6, it should indicate that your serial number is valid but cannot find a product calling it on the machine (it would be CS5.5).  There is a selection list where you select the previous version (CS5.5) as well as an entry where you enter the serial number for this older version.
