Installation of software solution center online

Do I have to remove all software HP solution center on my computer prior to re - install from HP site?

My problem is after switching to Firefox.  My computer is running XP home.  It no longer recognizes my solution Center and that's why my scanner, printer, copier stopped working.  My original program disk is useless b/c my cd-writer drive went south about 6 months ago.

If I have to remove a part of the software, can you tell me what to remove?

I have HP Backup & Recovery Manager,

Program HP Customer Participation 13.0,

HP Deskjet F4400 Printer Driver Software 13.0 Rel.5,

HP help and Support,

Imaging of the functions of the unit 13.0 HP,

Impression 1.0 HP, HP Product Detection projects,

HP Smart Web Printing 4.60.

13.0 HP solutions Center

HP update.

Thanks for any help on this.

Y at - there a patch or something that can do this work

    Hello

If you use the pritner via a USB connection, open the control panel and select printers, do a right click No matter which instance of the printer and delete it.

Then unplug the USB and restart your PC before, installation of the printer. (For network connection simply go to the next step).

Then download and install the following software through the screen, which will be added to all of the features as the HP Solution Center Software:

  • Support software solution Center

Printer in question runs great.  Connected wireless to all devices & large prints.

Problem is with it not appearing on the Solution Center.

    Have 4 HP printers connected.

3 appear on the Solution Center program & can interact with the 3.

Last printer I bought was installed by mode but not FACT NO appear on the Solution Center of the screen.  The result is that solution Center does not interact with it.

Why this might be happening?  Too many printers?  I tried to remove printer software & put it back, once again, but has not fixed the problem.

    Suggestions?

    Hi @ohrw03

The Deskjet 3510 uses software version 28.8, which means that it wil not see the Solution Center. Instead, you can look like an icon that looks like your printer on your desktop and open it to start the Printer Wizard, or open all programs > HP folder > search the 3510 it and select it.

If you can't find it, please download and run the HP printer install wizard for Windows

The HP printer for window installation wizard was created to help Windows 7, Windows 8, and users Windows 8.1 download and install the latest and most appropriate HP software solution for their HP printer.

This will ensure that you have all the software installed for this printer.

Another way to open the Printer Wizard is to go to printers and devices, double-click your printer and choose HP printer Assistant there;  (another printer, same idea)

Please let me know if that fixes the problem, thanks.

Notes; When you open the Printer Wizard, it will look something like the image below;  (another printer, same idea)

  • Problem with the installation of the solution Center for a HP Photosmart Premium all-in-one printer - C309g

    Hi people,

I searched many threads and found some tips to remedy this, tried and had no chance.

I am running Windows 7.  All updates are underway.  When I bought the printer, I installed the software (on Windows 7 OS) from the disc and everything was fine.  Fast forward a year and Solution Center has stopped working.

Uninstalled all HP software to reinstall.  I could only reinstall HP Update.  I was able to load the basic print and scan drivers, but not following any software, including solutions Center.  Installation stops abruptly after "install updates".

I even downloaded and tried "PS_AIO_06_C309g-m_USW_Full_Win_enu_140_175" and got the same result as the original installation disc.

What can I do with my printer (HP Photosmart Premium all-in-One Printer - C309g)?

    Thank you

  • Software Solution Center HP Officejet 7213 does not load

If anyone can help with the Please this problem. I am running Vista Home Premium 32 bit, SP-2, with the latest Microsoft updates installed. Printer is connected via a network connection.

I had a problem with faxing on my 7213 all-in-One. To cure the problem I uninstalled the HP Solution Center Package and manually deleted like many old files from HP that I could find (in hindsight probably a bad move). Then I tried to reload the program by using the latest files downloaded from the HP site. The product would not move. He gets to ¾ of the way through and continues to return the unrecoverable error message 1603 (0 x 643).

I tried all the fixes detailed in the forums of the user regarding the cleaning of files using Uninstall_L3.bat and also Uninstall_L4.bat - repeatedly. I turned off auto-update and stopped all non-Microsoft services to begin. I ran several times disk cleanup. I looked through the log files and found that the installation will stop when you run the file HPZwrp01.exe.I think I might deleted a file that I wouldn't when I was cleaning after the initial uninstall, but I could be wrong here too... Any help would be greatly appreciated. I really do not have to reload Vista at all costs. Kind regards

Your trial period was not at the stage to install the printer driver in your system. Like what you found, the command of this stage line is "hpzwrp01.exe m DPInstXML_VISTA '.

It might have many reason, like similar driver already installed, or installation is not in administration mode. You can test (with right to administrator) with the above command line to see if it returns the error in the log.

  • Cannot find an installation package for Solution Center

When I start my computer, a box comes on the screen saying: Solution Center please wait while windows configures Solution Center.        (On the bottom of the box there)    Cancel

Then another box comes in addition to the one that says the Solution Center OK and cancel (in the upper right corner) the component you are trying to use is on a CD-Rom or another removable disk that is not available.
Insert the disk Center of Solution and clk OK (at the bottom of this box is a box saying - use source - and another nest box to it with - browse - in.)

When I click on cancel another box appears.      It said Solution Center X (top right) (there is a small warning sign, then an installation package for the productSolution Center is not found. Try the installation again using a valid copy of the installation package "Solution Center.msi."     OK (bottom)

I have very good clk and then cancel to get it off my screen.    Is there a place I can get this Package of Solution or a way to keep these boxes appear each time I turn on my computer?

So the Solution Center probably has to do with your HP printer. I believe that you need it to use all the features of the printer. that is, scanning the computer. Knowing that you have an HP printer let me do a Google search. This is one of the links to the forums of HP that describes a fix (scroll down to the second position of Douglas Leshures):

If you want to see other related links, I used this search term to my search on Google:

"Center of solutions HP please wait while Windows configures Solution Center"

  • While a software F4400 HP Solution Center

    Hello people,

I'm building a new computer for me and wish to continue to use my HP printer. When I bought it I do not remember if it came with the HP scanning software solution center or if it downloaded when connected for the first time.

More precisely, it is the HP4400 printer and Scanner serial #CN998BM4CT05J1, model #CB750A. Do I need software installation so I can connect to my new machine or it automatically connect with your site and download the software?

He will host on a new operating system. Right now I'm on XP, but the new system will probably be Windows 7 or Vista. I haven't decided. The F4400 won't work in these environments?

Last but not least, is it possible for me to download a copy of the HP solution Center for this printer, I record to the facilities of the future system?

    Your help is greatly appreciated.
    BW

    Hi Brian,.

The HP Solution Center software is available for any version of Windows up to Windows 8.

You can download the software and save it for later use at the following link, the link include the driver for Windows Vista, 7, 32 or 64-bit:

    http://h10025.www1.HP.com/ewfrf/wc/softwareDownloadIndex?softwareitem=Al-68493-4&cc=us&DLC=en&LC=en&OS=2093&product=3742086&sw_lang=

Just in case, be aware that the link above is not provided for Windows 8 or 8.1, for that you will need a different driver from the HP site.

  • Lost HP Solution Center software

My printer HP Officejet 4500 G510 g - m Facsimile, provided with HP Solution Center software that has stopped working.  I did system restore to an earlier date which did not help.  I reinstalled with the CD but now gives an error message: error in file C:\program HP Imaging\bin\hpqscloc\1033.xml of analysis.  Everything works fine with the printer, but I really need the center of solutions for settings, tools, help, etc.  How can I fix?

    Hello

HP software solution Center isn't HP, Microsoft, software.

I suggest you read this thread in the Forums of HP.

    http://h30434.www3.HP.com/T5/printer-all-in-one-software-drivers/HP-Solution-Center-Software-downlaod/TD-p/1174405

    See you soon.

  • Cannot open the solution Center

I reinstalled my C4780 instructions and it works.  But I can't connect to the center of Solution; tells me that the installation is not complete.

    Hi Sandy,

    There are two options.

    • You can try to "Fix" the current Solution Center installation on your computer
    • You can try to install a new copy

A fix package from in programs and features (as it's named in Windows 7).  XP would be similar - the point is to find the place where stored programs; This is done by opening the control panel.

    Repair:

This path is for Windows 7 (XP would be simliar):

Control Panel > set to 'display on the icon' (right) > programs and features

Scroll down and look for "HP Solution Center".

    Highlight the item and right-click.

See if we offer the chance to 'Repair' installation.

If you are offered the option, select repair,

If you are offered only uninstall, you can go ahead and Uninstall the package because it does not...

Support and Installation of the solution Center:

This is the help file for the Solution Center.  That it contains, you will find the information that you need to reinstall the software.  Select this option to download the software when you find the option to do so under your operating system.

HP printers - HP Solution Center Software frequently asked Questions (FAQ)

The Solution Center software is part of the largest "full software functionality" for your printer.  Most of the printers work fine without the "Full Feature" installed package, even if some of the additional features may be missing.   The full feature software may (or may not) be installed on your printer.

Be aware that some of the packages of full software functionality for printers are large - if you have limited bandwidth (slow internet connection), make sure you load your package installer with you do not have something else which requires a lot of resources of your internet connection.  (Do this when you do nothing else, please be patient.)

Hello everyone. I understand that you have to open the Printer Wizard. To troubleshoot the defective Printer Wizard, follow the steps described in this document from HP: http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03640384

Note: The title of the document concludes that the program opens with a Script error. However, the troubleshooting steps are exactly the same. Essentially, the software needed to start the program was not installed successfully, or blocked.

Please let know me when you are done troubleshooting. I'm only here to help!
