  Buy Photoshop elements 13 and when trying to complete installation, all upward will not allow me to enter the redemption code in order to get the serial number.  If the code entry of redemption in the capitals to match the cover of the CD or lowercase he always tells me that the code is not valid.  Also appears on the cover of the box, there is a serial number, but installation will not allow the entry of letters, numbers only.  Stopped the installation program, CD removed, rebooted and tried again with the same results.  I am trying to install on the HP Envy laptop.  Any solution?  Thank you

  PSE 7 is the oldest available for download.

  go through the last link in message 7.  solve the problem yourself (with a few useful suggestions) is a chore, but has a few countervailing rewards.

  You can also try another computer to contact adobe support, but you will probably need to be near the computer that needs PES installed on 13.

  There is no automatic playback on the Mac.  You must call the installer manually by opening the CD/DVD in the Finder.

  I bought elements 13 a few months ago and downloaded from Adobe on my windows laptop 8. I have now bought a new I mac download elements even once on my mac without removing the laptop.

  The boxed version comes with DVD discs for use on Windows and Mac.

  If you purchased a download it will be only for Windows.

  You can request an exchange of platform if you want to transfer the license to Mac OSX.

  I am allowed to install on 2 computers.  I have 2 computers, home and work.

  Recently, my old computer, Home 1, crashed and I bought a new, a home 2.

  I am trying to install elements 8.0 on Home 2.

  I have entered my license number, but it does not accept it until I have uninstall Elements 8.0 on host 1, which I can't do because it broke down.

  Can you help me?  I would switch to 12 items, but can not get the price of the upgrade until I install my 8.0 license.

  Help.  I'm at my last free use.
