  I tried to install Robohelp 10 demo on my laptop Dell of Win7 for about 4 hours now and it always stops at words on a full score of 65% (currently install AdobeHelp).  I tried at least 4 times and it stops at the same place every time.

  (1) I am running the program as administrator

  (2) my system is Win7 (64 bit)

  Thanks for your post.  Even if it does not solve the problem completely, the links you provided were invaluable for coming up with a viable solution.  Here is what happened:

  1. follow the above instructions to the letter.

  2 retries install RoboHelp 10 trial.

  3. the same results; Installation stopped at 65% (currently install AdobeHelp)

  4. open Task Manager: RoboHelp 10 install application status: running

  5. click on the tab process and process sorted on the CPU usage

  6 noted that the process: install AdobeHelp * 32 used no cycles CPU for a long time (9 minutes).

  7 cancellation the AdobeHelp install * 32 process.

  8 installation is successful.

  9. RoboHelp 10 program and it seems to work; Although, I really did anything with it.

  You receive the serial key by purchasing the application.  You don't have to reinstall.  You can use the serial key to convert the trial version to the full licensed version.

  When you say you "removed" the trial version you must use Add/Remove Programs applet, and then to run the cleanup script as described here:

  Photoshop CC wants to open the trial version (mac), even if I paid 1 year ago. Don't know what to do. Apparently from what I've read, needs PS CC 10.9 or higher, but I'm only 10.8.5. Maybe I got the update last week not knowing this problem existed.

  Do I have to update my computer (it is old) macbook pro mid-2010 or can I go back to the old version of the CC. At this point I don't know what version I have because it does not open. I need help please. Also my Lightroom won't open files PS 5 or CC. I guess it's all related? PS5, however, will open on its own. LR has opened a file in PS5 and then no longer opens. I quit and restarted but the same thing happened. Arrived the other day too.
