  Today, I went from 12 elements of Photoshop and first elements 12 tries at versions purchased in a box that came with two installation disks. One of the drives was of 12 items of Photoshop and elements 12 Windows first and the other of these versions on Mac.

  On the desktop Windows 7 Professional SP1 64-bit, I was struck with the wrong serial number for Photoshop elements 12 installation I did first. Tried 4 x, double and triple checking for you sure this wasn't 'user error '. It was not the case. The 5th test, purchased serial number was accepted and the installation went to a success.

  Tonight a friend alerted me to similar reports occurs for many users of Photoshop Elements Mac 12. See the link at the top of my post.

  At no time see this problem with the installation of first elements 12 from the same disc with respect to the installation of 12 Photoshop elements.

  Subsequently, I installed these programs with the same installation disc on my laptop 8 64-bit Windows, I have no problems with the installation.

  For now, I don't know if this incorrect serial number is elusive to 12 items in Photoshop or not.

  If someone experiences this problem with Premiere Elements, please let us know.

  I wouldn't say that it is a general scenario but yes, it would be the first check/solution to win at least.

  For Mac, if all goes well to avoid all the problems more because the fix has already been taken to our end.

  I'm looking for some using the help: xdo_user_name. I have two environments. What follows
  query works in one but not the other:
  
  Select: xdo_user_name of double;
  
  The first environment is:

  OC4J

  The second is:

  I've created a report in each environment with this unique request:

  Then ran by selecting 'DATA' as output. In the OC4J, its operating environment and returned the following:

  Larry, there is no link with weblogic in here, nor the environment.
  You are at the correct version level. application, so it should work.

  XDO_USER_NAME is the predefined variables available @ application-level.

  Select: Double XDO_USER_NAME should work, if you have selected the correct data source, ORACLE DB.

  And my proposal is still on the data source: ORACLE DB for the report and the LDAP authentication.

• Installation problems with my new Photosmart C309a connection to my Macbook (OS 10.4.11

  The installer after my installation but I have regarding finally choose the printer but the printer Photosmart C309a was not rated.

  I searched HP website for a possible solution and downloaded a set of instructions using my Macbook connected directly to the printer using a USB cable and the printer's built-in System. Everything worked well and the printer has found that my computer on my wireless network then opened the Mac window to select a printer to add to my list of printer. Photosmart C309a was registered and I chose but then got the error message "year error occurred while trying to add the selected printer".

  Below was another comment, "Server-error-service-unavailable". "."

  I tried several times with the same result. I used the CD that came with my printer which stated that it was the SW for my Mac 10.4 operating system.

  I had a problem at the start when I tried to install everything on the CD and installation put OK until he got to the installation of fax utlilty and it froze. I retried several times with the same result. Finally in frustration, I uninstalled and did another installation, but this time leaving out various additional SW and the fax SW that I won't be using this printer as a fax.

  Any help would be appreciated. I quickly checked the various recent messages, but couldn't find anything relevant to my problem

• Windows XP Installation problem with Windows 7 Starter home

  I was told that I would have no problem of family Windows XP Setup on a new computer comes pre loaded with Windows 7 Starter.

  When I insert the CD with Windows XP, I get the following:

  Run setup.exe

  I click on install Windows XP

  Program is blocked due to compatibility issues.

  Setup cannot continue because the version on the computer is newer than the version on CD.

  Anyone know how to solve this problem and install Windows XP?

  I understand that you want to install Windows XP on Windows 7 Starter Edition.

  (1) is the retail Windows XP version or OEM version, you are trying to install?

  Unfortunately, this is not possible. As the operating system installed on your computer is newer than the operating system you are trying to install.

  To resolve this problem, you need to do a clean install to install Windows XP, and you try to run Windows 7 Setup, it will not work. So, I suggest you to boot from the XP CD (if necessary, first change the boot order in the BIOS) and follow the instructions for a clean install. It will initially format the drive for you, so make sure you back up everything you don't want to lose to external media first.

  You can try and increase the settings memory used by WebLogic.

  Change the C:\Users\pk\AppData\Roaming\JDeveloper\system12.1.3.0.41.140521.1008\DefaultDomain\bin\setDomainEnv

  I am creating a JMS module in WebLogic pointing to a queue of Oracle AQ in a different database.  I have a source of data, module and queue according to the documentation (I think).

  I needed to re - install PE 11 on my Mac.  I have the original dvd and serial number.

  However, when you try to install, I get message: failed to initialize the installer. Download Adobe support advisor. However, it is no longer available.

• VMWARE Newbie - installation problems with the guest operating system

  I heard a lot about the use of VMWARE for a long time so I downloaded and then installed ESXI 3.5 on a test area.  I installed the client and have been able to create a new virtual machine.  However, I run into some difficulty with installing a guest operating system.  All the pdf that I could find have suggested that simply by putting a CD in the server's drive and then turn on the virtual machine would start the my guest operating system installation process.  Unfortunately, my VM doesn't seem to see my CDRom and tent drive a start-up network, followed by a brief wait for the message 'Operating system not found' timeout.

  Can someone please help me find a way to create a new guest OS on my VM so that I can.

  If you have installed of course the VI Client to create the VM, and you insert the CD into the ESXi host? You can go to change settings on the virtual machine, click the CD/DVD and select the option use the host device. Also ensure the connection to turn on is checked.  When you turn on the virtual machine, it should see the CD that you inserted in your ESXi host. Once you get the operating system to load, you can configure to allow remote desktop connections and access the VM as a traditional physical machine, rather than relying on the console of the VI Client view.

  Step 1). Check that the Hello.java is compiled correctly, as follows:

  javac -d . Hello.java
  

  Real tip makes the POT using'm ' option... :)
  
  Step 2). The most important step to make the "HelloWorld.jar" as well as the MANIFEST. MF file that is present within "HelloWorld\META-INF\MANIFEST. MF.
  Use the command below with * ' * as a flag while making the JAR file so that the Jar utility will not overwrite the MANIFESTO. MF on its own rather he will place our own MANIFESTO. MF inside the pot.

  C:\OptionalPackageDemo\HelloWorld\> jar -cvfM  HelloWorld.jar META-INF\MANIFEST.MF Hello.java com
  

  Step 3). Deploy the HelloWorld.jar and the TestWebApp

  NOTE: I tested earlier unit testing here in WLS10.3.0 and it worked perfectly for me. If it does not work for you in WLS10.3.4 then I ask so please open a Support Ticket with the Oracle WebLogic support team because ideally the same test case is supposed to work fine in this version as well.

• Installation problem with MS Office 2003 on Windows 7

  I tried to install MS Office 2003 Pro on my PC with Windows 7 Home Premium (32 bit).
  Every time I have pass the product OK key part I get a very irritating little box that says this:

  Code: 800702E4
  Source: WshShell.Exec

  Does anyone have a solution to this?

  I discovered how to do this after much trial and error.
  The solution is quite simple. Insert your MS Office 2003 disk in drive D.
  Go right out of "Programs" click on DVD RW Drive D. click on 'install '.
  It worked for me. It actually installed everything fine without even asking for the product key.
  I hope it works for you.

• CIAC 4.0 manual installation, problems with the procedure

  Hi all

  I m trying to install the latest version of the CIAC and I m facing some problems on the configuration phase.

  I m using the following document:

  Cisco_Intelligent_Automation_for_Cloud_4.0_Installation_Guide.PDF

  Downloaded from the portal of Cisco.

  On page 34, we can found the procedure for installing the adapter of REX.

  The procedure is very confused and not able to find where to put the REXAdapter.xml I m, that it points to C:\Rex\Deploy, but the CIAC device is based on linux and not able to find this file on the server of the portal I m.

  Also the adk.zip is absent from packs of automation CPO.
