  Windows8 tile problem. When I click on a tile, it opens, then closes instantly. I have studied the site of Microsoft to solve this problem, but all attempts have failed. I tried to click with the right button on tile and used the feature, turn off, then I was instructed to shut down the computer, restart the computer, click with the right button on tile and select turn on, it did not work. • CC of Photoshop opens and then closes immediately. What gives?

  I signed up for the package CC Photoshop and Lightroom. Lightroom works well (Lightroom 5.2, 64-bit, Windows 7).

  However, although Photoshop seems to install OK, when I open it, it stops immediately.

  When I look into creative cloud Manager, it says that CC Photoshop is "up-to-date".

  Uninstalled Photoshop CC, disconnected from cloud creative, reconnected again and re-installed Photoshop CC.

  Installation seemed to go OK. I started PS, window opened and closed immediately. Was invited to complete the registration by logging in with my Adobe ID code I did (had done before, but went rhough once again), but PS still blocks.

  Disconnected (e) Creative cloud; signed in again; PS still crashes, but a pop up appears saying I should complete my registration by signing in with my Adobe ID did it, once again.

  Restarted. Always without success.

  I'd appreciate any help. Thank you.

  There is a fix!

  Uninstall Photoshop CC.

  Uninstall Adobe CC.

  Go to: C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\Adobe and find SLCache and delete.

  Go to: C:\ProgramData\Adobe and search for SLStore and delete it.

  Turn it back on.

  Install Adobe CC.

  Install Photoshop.

  Turn it back on.

• My firefox always opens with the three tabs, that I used when I downloaded and install firefox. How can I open one?

  When I downloaded Firefox for my new computer with Windows 10, I opened Firefox and follow the instructions to put everything in place to operate, including checking my email address. When I finished this process, I had 3 tabs open. Then, I closed Firefox.

  The next time I opened Firefox, 3 tabs opened. The additional 2 were on the same places they were until I closed Firefox.

  I closed two additional tabs before you navigate on several times. However, whenever I open Firefox, the same tabs will appear.

  How can I fix it? I want only 1 tablet to open.

  After all, I contacted the seller and he gave me the link to download FFOS (one related by Ralph Daub didn't work for some reason any). After installing FFOS, it recognizes my phone C OPEN, so I guess it's one of those Chinese mysteries, I never really understand.

  (a) you try to open the file from Internet Explorer?
   
  (b) if so, have you tried with other browsers?
   
  (c) from which site did you download Windows 7?
   
  (d) what is the name of the file you want to download?

  To help resolve the error and other messages, you can start Windows 7 by using a minimal set of drivers and startup programs. This type of boot is known as a "clean boot". A clean boot helps eliminate software conflicts.

  Note When you perform a clean boot, you may temporarily lose some functionality. When you start the computer as usual, the function returns. However, you may receive the error message, or you can experience the original behavior.

  Follow the steps below to put your computer in a clean boot state:

  Note If the computer is connected to a network, network policy settings may prevent you from following these steps. We recommend strongly that you do not use System Configuration utility to change startup options on the computer, unless a support engineer Microsoft directs you to do so. This can make the computer unusable.

  1. sign the computer by using an account with administrator rights.
