  I have a problem of activation Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit SP1 properly installed .iso digital river with the original product key on my laptop.

  -The original product key isn't for SP1.  Since the Windows label on the laptop is worn out, I can't read, so used a Belarc program to recover the product key.

  -Found an article not far SP1 product key cannot activate SP1 package, unlike a response by a moderator to a similar question.

  -There is an instruction for a telephone activation.  Problem is, to my activation window, no phone option exists.  Only "buy...". ","Enter another... ". «and "Contact Microsoft...» ». Options.  The last option redirect to a Help window, giving no phone number or contact information.

  If the computer came with win 7 pre installed the it is OEM.  A touch of detail will not work with OEM.  You must either install the OEM with the original key or the new version with a touch of detail.

  OEM keys are related to the material and any significant hware can launch a pop-up not true reactivation

  There is no hardware changes, since it is a laptop. As I wrote, the COA product key is worn out and unreadable.

  How can I get an OEM version? The recovery partition is gone.

  Option 1:

  If the COA sticker is damaged, you must use the recovery partition to reinstall Windows 7, it will be exempt from the need to use the product key to activate your installation of Windows 7.

  Option 2:

  If your recovery partition is not available or damaged, you must contact the manufacturer of your computer, and request that a defined recovery disk you can use to reinstall Windows 7. They could practice a small shipping and handling. This will exempt the need to also use the product key.

  Option 3:
