  It is a double issue.

  I have a Toshiba Qosmio G30-163 under MCE XP SP3. I am re-install the drivers after a corrupted registry problem.

  The laptop has Bluetooth hardware installed. I downloaded the latest Toshiba BT Stack s/w for XP and I'm trying to install it. I have so far. Installation takes over at the helm of the 99%. Then another window opens "Install Bluetooth Drivers". It has a blue progress bar. It stops at 5 bars = 10% full. It hangs there - although there is considerable activity on the main hard drive. Finally, I cancel the installation. The main installation window responds with Installation. But the BT service is not running.

  I raised a ticket with Sitecom, but the response has been to remove all the drivers because the dongle is just plug and play. This is false. The unit will not work without the drivers!

  I am also installing a dongle Sitecom CN 516 Bluetooth on my Acer Aspire One 532 h running Win 7 Starter. I try to install the latest Toshiba BT Stack s/w for Win 7 (32 bit). Yet once that seems to happen at about 99% completion. Then another window opens "Install Bluetooth Drivers". It has a blue progress bar. It also stops at 5 bars = 10% full. It hangs there - although there is still considerable activity on the main hard drive. A popup window opens then 'Insert Bluetooth Device', I have in fact already done. I click OK. Five minutes later the same popup window appears asking once again the BT device to be plugged. I click OK. It is repeatable. Finally, I cancel the installation. The main installation window responds with Installation. But the device does not work.

  What goes wrong if it pleases you, and how do I me BT to work in both scenarios? Thank you very much.

  The laptop is already equipped with an internal BT module.
  But the BT module must be enabled in order to complete the installation procedure.
  Please use the key combination Fn + F8 to active the BT, then check if the bar progresses.

  From my own experience: the message "always running" is correct, because there is still a Firefox (or two or more) running in the background. To remove

  • Start the Task Manager
  • sort the list in the process tab and
  • remove entries from Firefox

  Of course, you can get rid of them by simply booting the PC.

  We have a very odd behavior to our Oracle EPM System 11.1.2 environment. Whenever a rule of calculation Manager takes more than 5 minutes at the end, Planning begins to run again and again.   My guess is you have changed the time of do not expire on the standard interval rule and of course to have long-term rules.

  I saw cases where a firewall or load balancer has been filed to cut connections to certain intervals, forcing the browser to submit the application re-launch. In our case, I believe that the support article is the appropriate path for your problem.

  Did you move the iPhoto library for the external hard drive or the iPhoto application, or both?

  How is formatted the external hard drive? Is the file system on the drive Mac OS extended (journaled) or other system files?  Is the drive directly connected by USB or similar, or is it a SIN?

  Yes, it's normal. The same thing happen on my Satellite A660.

  You must understand that nearly 60 different drivers, tools and utilities must be installed and some of them need installation restart and finished mobile.
  If you have installed the OS and drivers manually, you must know this notebook or PC restart after some driver installation must be made.

  I know, it's a bit boring and facilities for all take a lot of time, but... This is normal.

  I turned to the forums and I saw that many, many people have the same problem with Vista SP2 Upgrade. Microsoft and several of its Vista customers realized that Vista has a lot of problems, but people who have need of the service.
