installer of creative cloud is not install

Adobe Creative Cloud asks me to re - install Creative Cloud Installer. Initialization of a message appears, saying that to solve the problem I have install creative cloud and pointing me to the installer of creative cloud.

I'm caught in the trap!

Background: I migrated to an MBA with Lion to an iMac with Yosemite and the Test Version of InDesign CC2015 demand new installation and uninstallation. To do this, I need Adobe Creative cloud on the computer (which was already there). From Adobe Creative Cloud (it did not start when the computer starts) he tells me to download Adobe Creative cloud... (see above).

I need to remove the HARD disk to get it to run?

I don't know if this thing of cloud-solution is the right way for me. I might go for a used older version of InDesign if the process is so complicated.

Thanks for your help there!

Stefan

It is always recommended to reinstall the Cloud Creative applications after the migration. If please use cleaning tool to remove creative cloud app and reinstall it.

1. remove the cloud creative app.

2. install Creative Cloud app - https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/install-apps.html

    Hello

I need help... For some reason any creative cloud will not install or even open on my Mac OS X 10.10.5

I could download before more photoshop and indesign... However after accidentally deleting many files on my laptop, apps would not work and was not able to uninstall it either so I was told to download creative cloud again but its does nothing after that it downloaded and I double-click it to install it...

I looked through the forums and run the cleanup tool as well as the removal of the OOBE file and the folder.

Would appreciate any help that you can give to fix this problem, and I look forward to your reply...

  • Installer of creative cloud does not open

    Hello

I had the problem that my creative cloud did not work properly more and always asked me to connect. When I did, it loaded and loaded, and ultimately told me ' you have been signed, please connect» Then I thought, it might be because I did not use the Mac for quite a while and maybe lack of too many updates. I uninstalled all Adobe products including creative cloud and wanted to install it again.

    Screen Shot 2016-09-02 at 16.22.27.png

But now it downloads the CreativeCloudInstaller.dmg and subsequently does not open the configuration of the installation. My Mac shows me an error after some to say:

I tried all the easy things like srestarting Mac, update, using the cleaning tool, but nothing.

It won't install any more. I've already lost a whole day of work...

    Thanks for your help!

  • Adobe Creative cloud could not install, impossible to open or uninstall

OK now I'm frustrated.  The LR Adobe kept do not install but when I wound the Installer shortcut LR is on my desk.  When I clicked on the icon of the program shortcut opens as if it was completely downloaded.  Same goes for the Adobe Photoshop.  However, the Adobe Creative cloud could not download several times and I can't even uninstall it.  He said: compatibility issue that is meaningless, because I have Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit, all drivers updated, 12 GB or RAM, Intel Core i5 and a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 650 it graphics card.  I don't see how it would be incompatible?  Help, please.  It seems for the time being I can use LFR and Adobe Photoshop but I can't use the Adobe Creative cloud nor I can uninstall it.  It seems to be linked to other programs.

    Help, please!

    Hi Cathy,.

    Please, try the following steps:

    (1) uninstall Adobe CC (https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html)

    (2) install the latest version of the Adobe Creative cloud from the link: CC help | Creative cloud desktop

  • Creative cloud will not install after using the Apple Migration Assistant to transfer again Mac

I used Migration Assistant to transfer applications to a new Mac. Creative cloud threw an error. I used uninstaller to remove the Creative app clouds, then downloaded the new version of the Adobe site. When you try to install, the installer of creative cloud crashes before installation.

I then launched an application, he said I need to save it. So I logged into my account, turned off all previous installations on other Macs. My apps work now. However, I still cannot install creative cloud desktop application (same behavior takes place).

I use the latest version of Yosemite on a Mac PowerBook.

Any ideas? My school has a subscription for students to download from creative cloud, but it does not work on my laptop. I have download the installer, enter my password, tap on install, then nothing happens. It brings back me to the installation link.

I talked to the tech Department at my school, and nobody knows what is happening. We have uninstalled the program and reinstalled. I tried to restart my laptop and redownloading Setup several times. It is not WIFI either because I tried this in several places and my roommate downloaded it is fine.

I tried to download the free trial version instead so I can get my school work and it does the same thing.
In addition, my IOS software is up-to-date. I see no reason why it wouldn't work. Everyone knows this?

  • Creative cloud is not install (no error message/no crash)

    Hey everybody,

I just paid for the subscription of photography for CC + Lightroom. I used the trial before, so I had downloaded and installed already CC. After paying, I opened the CC application to connect, but whenever I entered my username and password and click on 'connect' he brought me to the page "sign in". I tried a few times, using the same details that I used to log in to the adobe Web site when I made my purchase.

So I uninstalled CC, and once downloaded following the steps after the purchase. It is downloaded, I clicked on the dmg file, I've approved access, I entered my password. Tiny installation window pops up saying 'initializing' but nothing happens after that. No process, there is a tiny blue dot in the bar and it does not move. I waited an hour, nothing. When I then click 'Cancel' it does not disappear. I have to force close the installation program.

I tried everything suggested other errors (by removing the adobe Manager, using the cleaning tool), but nothing works.

I hope someone here can help you. Thanks in advance!

You may not all like it lol.

  • Windows 8: creative cloud will not install fully. I tried to uninstall, restart, remove everthing, try again. no go. What should do?

Greetings. I have a new PC with windows 8 to run a printer. I usually use CC on my Mac. I tried to install and it then I can't run. I get a msg of error Adobe saying that the file is missing or damaged.

I tried to uninstall app and deleting files in the adobe program files, reboot, etc. Help, please!

Make sure that the Adobe Creative Cloud option is not listed in the control panel.

In addition, if present Remove Adobe Creative program cloud (x 86) folder > Adobe.

Adobe Application Manager and program OOBE (x 86) > Common Files > Adobe.

Whenever we try to install creative cloud, it creates new folders. So we need to ensure that they are removed.

Click on the link below and download Adobe Application Manager and install the same.

    http://download.adobe.com/pub/Adobe/creativesuite/CC/Win/ApplicationManager9.0_all.exe

Once the installation is finished, it will create shortcut of Adobe application manager on the desktop.

Double-click it and it will start the update process and is updated to creative cloud.

    Hi guys,.

After a search through this forum I found a series of things that when applied together solved the problem (I use a mac)

    1. I found in Applications > Utilities folder an app called Adobe Application Manager, which I deleted manually

    2. I then uninstalled creative Application of cloud

    3. I then downloaded the creative cloud cleaning tool (windows and mac version found here - cleaning use of the CC tool to solve installation problems |) CC, CS3 - CS6

    4. download and install the new application - MAC Manager: http://download.adobe.com/pub/adobe/creativesuite/cs/mac/ApplicationManager7.0_all.dmg

    PC: http://download.adobe.com/pub/adobe/creativesuite/cs/win/ApplicationManager7.0_all.exe

open it and start the application, that he will then proceed to level itself - I then found the CC icon in the menu bar at the top allowing me to install apps.
