So I uninstalled. I looked in my box of documentation that came with the printer and I found all disks except for Windows XP. I guess I put it somewhere so I could find it easily.  I have moved twice during this period of 4 years, bought a new desktop computer and I fear, that it may have been cast.  When I uninstalled, it asked if I wanted to uninstall only the printer or all HP, i.e. camera HP accessories, etc.  Stupidly, I clicked on ALL the messages that I received was on the document display.  Where can I order a new disc to reinstall my printer and everything unicameral?  Thank you very much.

• Cannot install the printer driver - error of access denied

  I have two laptops Inspiron 1545 new running Windows 7 64-bit edition that expose that same question.  I'm trying to get an Epson color Stylus 760 working with them via a USB connection.

  When I join the starting the unit is correctly recognized, but the Epson driver does not install correctly.  If I run Windows Update, the Epson driver is listed as an optional update.  If I select and run the update, it fails with 80070005 error.

  If I go into Device Manager, the printer is listed as a printer USB that does not run as properly as there is no driver.  If I choose "put updated pilot" from the Device Manager, it downloads successfully the driver (even such as mentioned in Windows Update) and when you try to install the driver it comes back with an error "access denied."

  As mentioned previously in this case with two laptops.  In both cases I was logged under an administrator account, but not "the" administrator account.  I have enabled the administrator account and tried to install it through this, but it made no difference.  I tried also to remove and reinstall the device without success.

  The Windows 7 compatibility site said that the printer is compatible with Windows 7 64 - bit edition.
