• TPT2 pointer moves then the bluetooth keyboard is in the range

  Starting at TPT2, has just finished Win 8.1, the BIOS updates. Some fan after a few days, only 1 issue so far.

  When in range of the keyboard Lenovo BT, the cursor moves at a 45 degree angle down and to the right after pressing the screen with my finger or stylus. A follow-up on the BT keyboard doesn't seem to work at all. Drifting pointer seems to prevent energy savings (stop screen) mode.

  I have searched through the forums, disabled BT / wifi cooperation, reduced tenderness, still no love.

  Any other suggestions?

• TPT2 - compatibility for Wireless display (WIDI)

  Does anyone know if the Thinkpad Tablet 2 does support Wireless display (Widi)? Found something on google that Widi is not limited to core i processors. However the official side of intel does not list the z2760 of the atom as supported.

  If not supported: any ideas how video stream to my TV (wireless). DLNA is used for all stored on the NAS, but for youtube etc this way is not very practical.

  The wireless in the tpt2 card is not a processor intel one, and so it does not support widi.

  Know that Wacom - in their wisdom - to call different pens and technologies by the brand name "bamboo." They are NOT all compatible.

• TPT2: GPS works do not at all

  On my TPT2, I have most of the newer drivers and were essentially fine a few months of work. On a recent trip to Toronto, I decided to try to use the chip GNSS with Bing Maps and Nokia here. Neither can pinpoint my location.

  I tried to reinstall the driver of GPS chip (which somehow has never been updated since 2012?) and now shows Device Manager, under sensors, sensor geolocation of GNSS of Broadcom works correctly, but somehow, the location of Windows provider is disabled, becase "the device is not functioning properly because Windows canoe load the drivers for the device.» (Code 31) ».

  Someone at - it the GNSS sensor works correctly in their tablet, and if they were having problems, can you tell me of possible corrections?

  Thanks Gcoupe. Fixed, but with a few adjustments to your tip.

  The Setup program for the GNSS is a command, not a standard MSI file. Then when I tried to install from Windows Explorer, the command line window resulting showed a bunch of messages "Access denied.".

  My solution:

  1 went to Device Manager, uninstalled both devices and checked the box in the GNSS uninstall to 'remove' the pilot.

  2 restart the computer.

  3. open the (accessible from Windows + X) administrator command prompt

  4. went to C:\Drivers\Win\Gps\

  5 typed install.bat.

  6 drivers installed correctly.

  7 Windows location sensor appears as needed, but still not 'live' in Device Manager.

  Location now works correctly in Bing Maps, Metro, IE and Firefox.

  Yes, okay, I use a 64 gb SanDisk Ultra, formatted in NTFS and mounted to the folder, so I can use it for synchronization of skydrive :-)

  After pushing the button for 5 seconds my Tablet turned on and when I looked back he was off again.

• TPT2 3 G upgrade?

  Bought a TPT2 the other day, I have to go through a list of thought problem resolves but it seemed ok after a few hiccups... only problem was that the version was not enabled Wacom. Sent back today, but decided to open it beforehand, very easy to do. From the USB port with a credit card, the model was capable 3 G, has a card in there but without its pretty lame to go back, he went... am now looking for another, because it is a really good product, almost went for the W700 i3 version but is considering moving a command for a wifi TPT2 and the upgrade of the unit with a map... another thread of wacom is for the first TPT unit , I was wondering if someone had modded the TPT2? What are the internals on the only wifi versions as they come with a slot sim at the top but watching their weight in comparison with the 3 G enabled versions lack the internal card.

  Its possible, but the photo I've seen looks that the area that the Ribbon connects to is completely flat. There is room for it, but it would very probably advanced brazing to get it to the Board of Directors. And you will need to disassemble the unit and remove parts over the attenna.

  The pens that work with the Surface Pro will work with the TPT2, because they both use the same Wacom technology.

  I just updated my TPT2 to Windows through Windos update official store 8.1 of the. Fortunately I do have problems with the display driver crash, like many other users to describe.

  Someone at - it affirms if thinkpad 2 is SDHC or SDXC? It will recognize a 64 GB SDXC card? Anyone has demonstrated this with a specific map?

  From what I can find between various messages to forums, the Lenovo TPTs have SDHC is supported, which would provide support up to a 32 GB microSD card. Currently, I'm unable to locate all documentation that support SDXC in TPT2.

  I was able to start with a key USB FAT32 by using advanced startup options. I was able to do a clean install of Windows 8 Enterprise using the guide I found on the web site of Lenovo. I can't do it now, but I downloaded a copy at the time and shared below:

• Best browser for TPT2

  I would like to know what browsers are using my Touchpad Tablet 2 fellow users, because I can't quite find that I love. I would use IE11 in the modern user interface, but I've become quite addicted to AdBlock, so this isn't an option for me.

  On my other devices I use Chrome, but I find it a little slow, so I use IE11 mode Office most of the time. Right now I am trying Firefox, but it seems a little slower than IE11.

  What browser is your favorite?

  Ressurecting old son might be frowned upon here, but I wanted to just weigh you again and mention that Chrome works in Windows 8 mode became quite fantastic in the last months. It is smooth and even smooth gestures (and of course, adblock extensions).

  I put in the SIM with 3g support in the sim slot, but it does not work.i read in a forum that perhaps my tablet is without modem for 3g.

  My question is:

  (1) my tablet can support the sim card? If no why? why it has a sim card slot?

  (2) can I add modem or... in the tablet to use the 3 g?

  (3) how much it costs difference between tablet with 3 g and 3 g?
