  Well, here's my answer to my own post.

  After reading some posts here about possible solutions, I tried to delete all the cookies for YouTube (Tools > options > privacy > show cookies > youtube.com). Then tested on a site with integrated video would not play before and on YouTube directly - both worked!

  I did the tests you suggested, and all tests passed fine. Then I found a local guy who says that it is a very common problem of notebok which can be easily solved with the right equipment, and he did.

  The problem was the high temeratures caused connections welded to break due to thermal expansion. It has fixed connections and now it works perfectly again.

  He charged me about $ 50 to repair and the trial.

  In a scenario of muli-folio, the video would be downloaded only when the user downloads a folio. The user does not need to download all of the folios at the same time, they can choose. For example, if you have 10 sheets with a 400 MB video in each, the user would have the 400 MB video uploaded only when actually the folio downloading. The user can remove the folio once it is seen and then download another to manage the space.

  Video are either incorporate or streamed. You can stream YouTube, Vimeo, your own website, etc.

  I have a master page menu with sub menu that flies outside.  I placed two youtube videos on one of the pages of the site.  No matter what I do, the videos cover the flyout - that is to say the submenus become partially hidden behind the videos. (Videos are in their location for special reasons, if I want to keep where they are.)  I tried to send the object to the back; I tried the layers and those of the rear layer or downstairs, I even tried a (single) Accordion Panel and sending it to the back.  None of them worked.  Is there a way to fix this?  Thank you.

  Using Youtube widget under 'Social' in the library of Widgets Panel will correct the problem.
